Chargers, Patriots, Panthers, Cowboys, Raiders, Jets, Titans, Seahawks, and maybe 49ers depending on Aiyuk's recovery.  That's off the top of my head.

Start is such a weird way to evaluate it on this “everybody eats” group. Last year, Hollins was behind Samuel, Coleman, Shakir and Cooper once he got here. I bet he played as many or more snaps than all receivers with the possible exception of Shakir. It’s a ROLE not a spot on the depth chart that the Bills missed on. They missed on a slew of sub 4.4 40 guys that could have done that. Now, they’ll try it with Prather who I don’t believe is the guy.

Here is the list of guys after 30 that I believe could have done that: Burden, Noel, TeSlaa, Kyle Williams, Savion Williams, Tai Felton, *****, Thornton, Arian Smith, Lane, Royals, Watkins, Lambert-Smith, Horton and Tez Johnson. Obviously, they all aren’t equal but that’s a list of fast guys that can stretch the field drafted after 30. There are others as well that can maybe do it including Prather. The frustration from me is it isn’t one guy that they missed on. There were lots of options to fill that role.

FWIW Mack was the 2024 leading WR in snap count.

People really underestimate just how much Allen bails this offense out. There was a point late last season where analytics showed his receivers getting the least amount of separation in 2024 (Ravens had the most).

Just tons of plays of him running around, looking for anyone open, not finding them, them having to try to thread the needle. It's not sustainable long term, and not doing everything you can to help your best player because you expect him to constantly pick up the slack is not going to translate to Super Bowl victories.

He won the MVP with far lesser number than Lamar Jackson because the NFL world at large recognized him making miracle plays to carry JAGs on offense and keep a bad defense off the field.

Sigh

Who knows? Andre Reed was a 4th round pick. Terrell Owens was a 3rd rounder. Both were guys from small schools who weren't relatively unknown.

The point is that they're not even taking a chance on anyone. And no, 7th rounders that they draft solely for special teams don't count. The WR room blows, and they're fine to roll with it because the coach ultimately doesn't like an offense centered around downfield passing.

Oh I see.  Only specific rounds count.  Thanks for clarifying.

Did the offense score the most points per game in franchise history last year

No. The 2020 Bills scored more PPG. That was back when Josh had maybe a top 3 receiving group

It's April

The fact that you need to use hyperbole to support your complaint is more illuminating than the complaint itself

I’m not talking about the playoff game.

stop moving the goal posts and answer my questions.

do you honestly think it’s hyperbole that Josh extends plays, and still can’t find anyone open?  I’ve seen this so many times, and Josh waits until the last second, makes the throw and takes a big hit.  Fact, not hyperbole.

So- who is our WR 5?

did we have separation issues last year?  If yes, what did we do to correct it.

if drafted zero CBs, is it alright to question why not?  Or is the answer, don’t worry, it’s only -April.

why did the Bills see the most man to man coverage, even with Josh ***** Allen QBing?

Why did we lose to the Ravens?

please answer the questions

A hundred posters on here have been crowing for a year about all the cap space and draft picks and the front office rebuilding this team this year…… and” Watch out” we will be a force to be reckoned with.

I still only see Josh ( HOF) and Cook and Shakir ( Very good) as the only guys on O to brag about. Here come the comments about points scored. Followed by comments about not scoring on the last possession of the season the last two years as if it’s Josh’s fault😒.

Hopefully Hairston and Jackson are hits but the rest of them?????

I’m reading Top 5 D and not just statistically?

All I see is more of the same. Wanna be wrong. Don’t think I am.

You are correct, a total of ~7 points more over a season or .43 points a game.   Splittiing shorties...

Lack of WR depth is concerning.

But…Beane has a plan.  Always does.

Trade?  Maybe.  Free agent?  Most likely.  Or both.  Would like quality WR depth to help take the burden off Josh.  Someone who can consistently create separation.  Someone who is a true vertical threat who can open the field a bit.

Scoring more PPG is good.

Saying “hey Josh, you somehow won MVP making Mack Hollins look okay, do that AGAIN with Lavishka Shenault” is malpractice. Full stop.

Palmer, Coleman, Shakir, and Samuel are your top 4.   Shavers is #5 and takes the role Hollins had.  They got Palmer because statistically he separates well and gives them a downfield threat.  Next.

Shakir - Our #1 ... Quick, shifty, gets open and catches the ball.

Coleman - Should improve on his rookie season

Palmer - Beane signed him quickly in FA, must think his game will fit Josh

Samuel - When he got over his toe injury last year he looked good. Looked good in Washington and Carolina before coming here.

Shavers - Caught 1 ball last year ... Turned it into a 65 yd TD ... Good ST player.

Shenault -  I liked him coming out from college, haven't heard his name since ... Can return kickoffs and punts.

Prather, Hamler, Virgil ... Virgil was called up 3x last year, Hamler has speed, Prather is the new guy.

Not to mention Kincaid and Knox ... There's only one ball to go around and I'd rather have Josh and our group of receivers than almost any QB/WR groups in the league.

Nah lets restart.  So you think Shenault will get the playing time Hollins got?  That would be malpractice but the good news is it wont happen.

That’s why they got Palmer in free agency.

For the defense.  Defense has zero excuses this year!

Well, we know who’ll be first to scream the minute it stumbles.

I don’t know.

I know I spent a lot of time last year arguing with folks that Mack Hollins wouldn’t see a ton of playing time. A LOT.

He, of course, was the leading snap count WR.

The problem with that is that Palmer sucks

I like Palmer.  But we added Palmer and lost Amari and Mack.  We have 4 NFL WRs.  Every other team in the league has 5-6 WR.  No one can answer who are 5th WR is?

Totally agree. We should bury 40% of the salary cap in WRs instead of the trenches just like the Dolphins. That’s absolutely the best way to build a team. 🙄

They make the playoffs once in while like the Bengals do with their top tier WR's
