Can we please have a dedicated thread where everyone can post their displeasure and whine to their heart’s content about the Bills lack of commitment to the WR position and failure to adequately address it in this years draft? This would save the rest of us a substantial amount of time and aggregation associated with reading this in every thread all day long.  Thank you.

They better be careful, Beane is on the hunt

Elijah Moore had 538 yards and 1 TD, He's never had more that 640 yards in a season and who would he possibly beat out to match those numbers?

Palmer had 584 last season with a real QB throwing to him. 581 the year before. He did have 769 three seasons ago.

One group of posters is happy for how far this team has come and is reasonably content with where our franchise is. Another group recognizes our achievements but will always be critical until we win a Super Bowl. Every argument about this team is based on that, including this one.

If you see any individuals repeatedly dragging this stuff into unrelated threads, please give me a heads up or a report.

If it's just mass hysteria building on itself by gathering parrots, then there's little choice but to ride out the wave. 🤷‍♂️

My point is "right now"...investing in a 600 yard type guy, does what?

Palmer is much better than Moore, so yeah I really like the signing

Is he really that much better?

Palmer 4 seasons - 182/282 64.5% 2287 yards 10TDS 12.6 yards/catch

Moore  4 seasons - 200/348 57.5% 2162 yards 9 TDS 10.8 yards/catch

Stats don't tell the full story.

Chargers were a balanced offense, Browns played from behind and needed to throw more.  Moore caught a TON of short passes, good for him.

Palmer was used all over the field and is thr closest thing we have to a true outside receiver.  Moore is moved around, but is a shifty slot-  he'd be someone I'd like "moore" if we didn't have Samuel.

Not saying it would be a bad signing.  He's an upgrade on our current WR5/depth, I'd trust him as a backup slot.  He also brings return ability.

I'm for the signing, just making the point he isnt near Palmer and is a strict depth/return type signing.  There's a reason we went after Palmer and gave him a very good contract.

Again, stats don't tell the story.  Robert Foster also put up stats - on a horribly talent deficient WR room.. some guys get stats because someone has to.  Moore isn't Foster, but he's not matching the targets if he comes here.

Palmer had much better QB play with Herbert then Moore ever had in NY or Cleve.

That's the most overblown/misused comment around here.

So much more that factors into it.   I'll just leave it at that, hoping your view isn't as simplistic that you stated above

I think this is a good way to look at it for it, overall.

As  the first line above is probably what happens that is most frustrating, when threads are taken over by people out to change the direction into something else, something often extremely negative and with nothing more than a their irrational whims and emotion to 'guide' them.

Being on this board more lately, however, I have noticed that it happens surprisingly often. But also that there are only about a 10 or so posters (and most can name a few right now...)  who are the main culprits, often waiting for threads get established, and then coming in to disrupt, bash, and do the ultra over the top hating. That small number should give some hope that we can eventually overcome these scoundrels that diminish the experience of this otherwise great site.

What posters ourselves can do is just ignore those posters then, and don't answer their ultra negative, I have the answer anyway, unhinged questions--those are hallmarks of several of the most prolific haters, are very very common.  (They cannot have an actual discussion, often have no leg to stand on, so do that.) The problem is that I have found that is hard to do as an individual when you see someone attacking in such a  consistently vicious, unhinged manner, as  you want to defend your team from the miscreants, and so it is even harder to do as a collective for the same reason.

But we should do some things, as I have found out that there are actually many posters who simply had enough of the haters and their desire to dominate the forum and have left for good, or for long periods of time.  That is very sad.  But it should motivate us to do something too.

Name them.  That is the point of this thread.  Please list every WR group you feel is weaker than Buffalo.  I bet you can't name 6 worse WR groups.  Have at it, lets go!

I'd say Patriots, Jets, Browns, Titans, Raiders, Falcons, and Panthers. There are a few other candidates as well, but the ones I listed I think are easily worse.

Oh, clearly he's been reading it. He may even be a poster; I'm trying to figure out which one.

Did the WR group lose us games last year?  I think you will see Kincaid and Samuels have bounce back years.  The talent is there and I would not switch this group with most groups in the NFL.

Kincaid may have lost us the AFC championship game😢

It was a tough catch but should have had it.  But you can’t judge a guy on one play.

I was just answering a specific question about the receiver group, but I wholeheartedly agree with you. I’m expecting a better year out of Kincaid and he bares responsibility for that, but I also think Brady has a lot of work to do starting with play design and situational awareness for what and when to call certain plays. And to recognize when something isn’t working.

Patriots-

Diggs

Mack Hollins

Kyle Williams

Bourne

Boutte

Baker

hmmm, im not sure, Bills WR group is not much better, and they have more than 4 WR

Jets

Garrett Wilson

Alan Lazard

Tyler Johnson

Malachi Corley

Gipson

Wilson much better #1.  Lazard had 6 TD last season- more than any Bills WR

Browns

Jeudy

Tillman

Diontae Johnson

Thrash

Woods

Jeudy had 1200 yards.  Tillman was injured early, but finished strong the last 6 games. Diontae is great WR, but crazy.   Bills WR room is better, but close

Titans

Calvin Ridley

Tyler Lockett

Van Jefferson

Treylon Burke

Ayomanor

OK- the Bills WR room is more talented then the Titans.

Raiders

Tre Tucker 4.31 speed

Jack Bech - my favorite WR in 2025 draft

Jakobi Myers

Donte Thornton - one of 14 WR I wanted for Bills to draft

Wilkerson

its very close.

Falcons

Mooney

London

McCloud

Blair

Washigton

Bills WR much better

Carolina

McMillan

Legette

Thielan

Moore

Oker

Bills eek this one out

So if those 7 are worse than the Bills, than the Bills have ther 25th best WR group.

I concede the Bills have better WR rooms than 4 teams, placing them 28th best WR group.

"Worst WR Group in NFL" slight hyperbole.  But not far from the truth

Agreed.  I read some insider thing saying Kincaid was banged up much worse than people knew.  And Brady has to continue to evolve his offense.

So your saying that there are so many factors, but bad QB play isn't one of them?  Give me a break.

If you don't think that inaccurate throwing by QB lowers WR stats, then you haven't been watching football.

The title of this thread is the Bills group is the worst in the NFL and now your telling me that there are as many as 6 worse.  Thanks for proving my point.
