He burns Will Johnson in press man in here

It's highlights and I'm only going on how it felt, but if those highlights are from the start of his college career to the end then he clearly was showing an upward trend, and that's a good thing.

Highlight reels are highlight reels but that's a fun watch.

Body control, courage, hands. He really looks like he can play and has good feel for the game. Like his frame a lot. Will be fun to have a late rounder to obsess over this summer.

Defense has cost us in the playoffs. Offense hasn't. Even Stevie Wonder can see that.

I'll say it one last time, teams now have film on what we did last year and will adjust.

Anyone who knows anything realistically about football can not expect the same results on offense.

But hey, ignorance is bliss.

If anyone should know…

After the Araiza incident, no way the Bills touch him.

You mean the completely false accusations that caused the Bills to prematurely bail on the guy?

That incident?

Offense the past two playoffs had a chance to win at the end of the game- and the offense has failed the last two playoff exits.  That’s a fact

Not a fact. Our D got picked apart in both loses.😉

You do realize that WRs you know the names of now started out as “random 4th round picks” when they were drafted (ask Shakir 😉). Just draft some WRs and stop trying to justify not being BPA when we know you’re lying after trading up for positions you really want for your coach.

Now Hamler is one of my favorite PS guys but I have to admit he didn’t seize the opportunity last year and I doubt he does again this year. Shenault is not an NFL WR, he was brought in to compete for returner and will have a couple gadget plays a game if he makes the team. He’s a wasted WR slot because he doesn’t actually know how to run routes or be a receiver. Palmer may be fine but he’s overpaid for what little he’s done thus far.

The same front office that drafted Shakir is the same one that did not think a receiver was worth the pick this year, leave it to the people that can evaluate talent.

The point being Josh had the ball in his hand in both games with time to move down the field, and failed to do so. And that wasn't all on Josh.

The hope here is that the Bills have fixed the issue so they won't be behind going into the final moments of the 4th - that the defense would have held off the opposition's offense to the extent that it can be kneel down. And with so much invested in the D across the draft surely this year is the year where there can be no more excuses for McDermott (horrific injury run aside). This defense has to work. But there will be questions asked if it comes to the detriment of the offense and they fail to get over the hump because of that too. Albeit, there is still time to improve the WR room before September.

We got our a$$'s handed to us against Cincy. No chance of winning that game the way our D played. It wasn't in Josh's hands to win.

As to this past game, should never have come down to basically a hail mary play.

We averaged like 5+ ppg more than Philly last year and more than 11+ points more than KC. Again, far from an offensive issue.

We needed a major change on D.

Yes, there is still time to improve the WR room and I think it'll be here soon.😉😇😁

The offense should have never been in that position in the first place.

Just watched about 45 minutes of his highlights.  He looks solid - certainly far better than Justin Shorter did when I watched his highlights after the draft (an all-time head scratcher pick for me).  Given the WR room, he looks like he'll have a chance to stick.

This guy's receiving skills and traits are way more developed and better than were Shorter's. Decent (better) speed, good size, good hands, tracks the ball well, clean route runner who looks sudden out of his breaks, can be used to attack any part of the field. Hardly a premium prospect but not at all a throw away 7th rounder.  I would not be surprised  in a best case scenario if he wound up a solid WR 3 or 4 somewhere in this league. He could also be on the street of course.
As with most draftees the question is whether he is able to manage the gap in talent and the more onerous demands between college ball and the pro game. Some highly touted prospects wind up only with high college ball ceilings. Some less coveted players adjust and continue to develop. If this guy can eventually do in the pros much of what he was able to do in college, if his positive traits are strong enough to make a difference against pro defenders, he will be fine.

In the modern media world, Bills had no choice. When something happens like happened with Araiza, you have to bail out to avoid the daily media distraction.

Ravens have a Hall of Fame place kicker who is the subject of allegations he denies. Just like Araiza. Ravens drafted a place kicker. For now, Tucker's on the team, but the Ravens will move on quickly if his story has legs.
