It's ok, let's see what happens from here. Still time before camp. Maybe Amari signs cheap. I would rather go with Chark. Younger and faster. Plus he and Josh have worked out together in the past. 4 minutes ago, GASabresIUFan said: When was the last time a 7th rd WR made an impact for the Bills? Stevie Johnson. We had very creative play calling combined with Josh to offset lack of talent. Teams now have film and tendencies. We can hope and see, but I would rather have better talent. Tell me exactly who was more talented on offense last year that walked out the door compared to the additions. Quote

He’s a huge receiver who runs well for his size. He could end up being a factor for the Bills down the road. Wow, I stand corrected and need to research him more. 1 Quote

Just watching highlights, but he’s a deep threat, I love the way catches the football and plucks it, and he seems to do a really good job adjusting to the football. We may have something here. 5 Quote

Either way I have wasted way too much time on you. So why didn't defense adjust last year? They had 20 games to adjust and shut down our high school level talent 1 1 Quote
HomeTeam Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago I'm surprised we never drafted a RB. We kept hearing how deep this RB class was and we never got one. 1 Quote

Actually looks decent - interviewed very well too He is good. I saw every UMD game these past couple seasons and he’s a legit talent. Who knows if he gets a real shot here…and then he has to make the most of it. 7th round picks don’t exactly get premium reps. 2 1 1 Quote

What I have seen: He does have pretty good long speed with those long strides he has. Some of the cuts he has when he sticks his foot in the ground are pretty sharp. He has good hands. He played wide over 91% of the time. Lots of hitches and goes. Does not break many tackles or force many missed tackles as he is a pretty linear athlete. Im not sure what his special teams experience is. He has some tools to work with but I don’t think he is going to develop into a starter. 2 2 Quote

TheBrownBear Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago Just watched about 45 minutes of his highlights. He looks solid - certainly far better than Justin Shorter did when I watched his highlights after the draft (an all-time head scratcher pick for me). Given the WR room, he looks like he'll have a chance to stick. 1 Quote
oldmanfan Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago We’ll see what the kid has. It wasn’t a good draft for WRs. I continue to laugh at folks who complain about not helping Josh by not drafting some WR in mid rounds when we already have guys on the reserve squad like that. We improved the WR room with Palmer and by extending Shakir. Biggest priority now shifts to Cook and his contract. Quote

And then grabbing the chargers 3rd WR, who played behind the awful Q Johnston. But we lost Cooper and Hollins. This draft class had speed at WR and that’s exactly what we needed a couple field stretchers but it’s ok we will cut last years 3rd round DT for the 2nd rounder we traded up for this year. No need to grab a couple WRs in the draft like the packers, Texans and other teams with franchise QBs do each year. Quote

You also got Shenault in FA. And Palmer has shown he gets separation downfield. Do you honestly believe some random 4th round pick is the answer to a question that Brady seems to have answered? If he just wanted a guy with speed last year he could have elevated one and didn’t Quote

If he just wanted a guy with speed last year he could have elevated one and didn’t You do realize that WRs you know the names of now started out as “random 4th round picks” when they were drafted (ask Shakir 😉). Just draft some WRs and stop trying to justify not being BPA when we know you’re lying after trading up for positions you really want for your coach. Now Hamler is one of my favorite PS guys but I have to admit he didn’t seize the opportunity last year and I doubt he does again this year. Shenault is not an NFL WR, he was brought in to compete for returner and will have a couple gadget plays a game if he makes the team. He’s a wasted WR slot because he doesn’t actually know how to run routes or be a receiver. Palmer may be fine but he’s overpaid for what little he’s done thus far.
