TPS Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago Irrelevant anecdote: UConn trounced UB this year too, and UB had a good year. 1 Quote
RichRiderBills Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago Okay, now the draft is back to sucking. And I don't have anything against this guy. Might be good. In fact, the bills are great about evaluating OL talent. It's just we are so deep on ol - no understatement....so like unprecedented never before in the history of the bills Been this deep kinda deep. It's almost impossible this guy will make a team. I start courting some linebacker depth for special teams or WR depth. Restrepo out there. Quote
KOKBILLS Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago In Kromer we trust... Lundt is a SUPER experienced player who is an older prospect, he'll be 25 in June. He's a 6.45 RAS guy but there are no jump or agility numbers recorded for him this off-season. He's considered a solid zone blocking OT with really good feet and feel for the outside zone running game. And he held his own for the most part as a pass blocker. The main concern with him seems to be the ability to handle the power rush he'll see in the NFL. I guess we'll find out from Beane if a move inside is the plan with the shorter arms... But he is really tall... 2 1 Quote

paulmm3 Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago (edited) Seems like a best player available pick. Which I have no problem with. Edited 17 hours ago by paulmm3 1 Quote
MrEpsYtown Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago (edited) I’ve spent a lot of time clinicing with the UCONN offensive line coach and he knows his stuff. These guys are coming out with really good technique. Edited 17 hours ago by MrEpsYtown 6 Quote

stevewin Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago (edited) I posted in draft day thread: ESPN very positive almost effusive on Lundt - Mel - Run blocker, Love this kid, can get out and pull, get out on the perimeter, get the job done on the 2nd level, Love finisher mentality, As pass blocker the footwork and technique is good, Chase Lundt has talent, good athletic ability, Best is yet to come, showed what he can do this year as both a run and pass blocker, Josh Allen's gonna like Chase Lundt coming into the fold, Lot of skills and lot of potential moving forward Riddick: That's the prototype developmental OT, he has the athletic ability now just build around that frame, the movement skills, the understanding of how the position is to be played, the footwork, the angles, they may have really really hit on something there in the 6th rd Edited 2 hours ago by stevewin 4 Quote

juno999 Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Curious to see where this guy lines up. Some projected him to guard because of arm length. Quote
