Someone that tall will be borderline worthless against the run too, which is the main reason you pick a DT who weigs 350 in the first place - to clog the middle.

Guy prolly washes out, but if he doesn't then there is a real chance he's Marcus Stroud part two.  Stroud was a wrecking ball before injuries did him in.

 

Between him, sanders, Jackson, and Groot, we can take away the short passing game with an all shot blocker package.

Joe Marino is a clown more often than not with regards to prospects .

 

I think he provides some useful and interesting information but to use him as a source for prospect evaluations would be a massive mistake.

Just because our defense has bigger issues doesn’t mean there’s not significant room to improve our offense, and help to provide our best and most important player…

 

We obviously have no idea what the bird looks like, and as I said earlier, I’m fine with the pick, but to pretend like we can’t open up more opportunities on offense is silly. 

You do know the Bills offense last year was one of only 5 teams to ever average over 3 points per play over the entire history of the NFL.

 

They were the only team to score 30 touchdowns running and 30 passing ever in the history of the NFL and they averaged about 31 points per game. 
 

You aren’t going to be able to “open up” the offense or score much more than that. 
 

The defense is the problem. The offense isn’t going to score a lot more points just because They add one more speedy receiver. 
 

The defense can’t be giving up 30 ppg every time in the AFC championship game.

That's pretty much my take on Walker as well... He was 20 years old... He's a massive human...I mean... Most of us cannot imagine hauling around 6-7-340, and let alone out there playing with a back injury in the SEC... I can see how that can get sloppy. And I can also see how he did not look perfect when he was 19... But I think if you're looking at upside, especially as a pass rusher from the 1T position, it's a 4th round pick... He's huge... He's young... And he has definitely flashed... He's a good kid for sure... I think putting him on a do-not-Draft list is a bit much tbh... I watched him... He actually made plays... He showed enough... I mean... Yes he's raw... And he's going to need coaching big-time... But he's huge...

We are drafting DL to make sure that we won't need to address DL in FA again next year...

The Eagles also changed DCs twice in that time span.
