I could see them taking something like a RB in the 7th round solely because no RB will sign here as a UDFA. Just wanted to say it before everyone throws up their arms at a position that looks already filled.

Exactly why I'm rooting for Brashard Smith... he actually has a path to the 53 as a kick returner.

Yea I have been a big Smith fan, wouldn't mind Lequint Allen either but he didn't run a 40 so i'm less on board with him. They honestly could take another OL at 240 as well because you typically like to have a lot of bodies for training camp so you dont wear the big guys down.

I don't know where teams have him ranked, but with our team and the way it's built, a 7th rounder isn't making the roster.  Practice Squad, sure.  So, I would have no problem giving this kid and his family the thrill of a lifetime and drafting him with our last pick if he's still there.

Joe andreessen

Another local kid made our roster last year undrafted

They are different positions but I think Sean's skill at his position is higher and I have a higher grade on him

Throughout the whole draft process I have expected him to go undrafted but now that it's day three I really want him to have his moment

Quinn Ewers anyone? I know he looked bad towards the end of his college career but wasn’t he the #1 qb prospect at one point ? Maybe in high school or something . He definitely should have came out last year.

I've watched him play so many times and never once did I come away completely wowed.  Just never really saw "IT" with him.  We need a backup, but I don't need it to be him at all.

Ricky White, WR, anyone?

4 punt blocks in special teams last year for UNLV.

I expect this last pick to be someone who can contribute in special teams.

Syracuse RB LeQuint Allen would be a fun pick here as a jump on the UDFA Frenzy. Anyone taken here would be an extreme longshot to make the Roster.

Unless we went Punter. Alabama P James Burnip or FSU P Alex Mastromanno (we met with on Zoom) would make sense as well.

I expect this last pick to not be anyone they remotely expect to make the Roster. Again, unless it's a Punter. 9 Picks aren't making this roster.

I wonder if Beane tried to package some picks to move up, but couldn't get anyone to accept. Nine is too many really - especially when they're low in the draft.
