WhitewalkerInPhilly Posted yesterday at 06:17 PM Posted yesterday at 06:17 PM As much as there are questions marks about the picks if you told me Monday that in four rounds Beane would have: -The odds on favorite for CB2 -some raw players to challenge AJE and DaQuan for starting roles -a backup to Ed Oliver to compete against Carter I'd have been reasonably happy 1 3 Quote

Ralonzo Posted yesterday at 06:17 PM Posted yesterday at 06:17 PM Those guards on the board, Miles Frazier and Marcus Mbow, are a hell of a value at a low-key need for Buffalo looking toward a) 2026 and b) not cutting game checks to Kendrick Green 1 Quote
ndirish1978 Posted yesterday at 06:18 PM Posted yesterday at 06:18 PM I'm bummed that the Dolphins got both the DTs I actually wanted. Not too thrilled with the Walker pick, I wanted Phillips or CJ West Quote

Those are extreme examples but in 2025 it happens a lot. Purdy is an even better example and he was Mr. Irrelevant. If you asked 32 teams who they would rather start in a game tomorrow Mike White or Shadeur Sanders, 32 teams would pick Sanders. If the Jameis Winston type of vets go places with a rocky QB situation it even further strengthens the point that you need to draft a guy there if you have an elite starter. We need to look at it through the lens of “what if Josh misses a month?” That’s all that matters for a backup. Qee are not drafting a QB high enough who will matter. We will fill holes in the team to hopefully propel us to the next step. Not a QB. Quote
Rock'em Sock'em Posted yesterday at 06:18 PM Posted yesterday at 06:18 PM Did Miami just draft Jordan Phillips out of Maryland again? Deja vu. 1 1 Quote
biggerdaddynj Posted yesterday at 06:18 PM Posted yesterday at 06:18 PM Myles Garrett gets his SB winning QB 😆 Quote
Low Positive Posted yesterday at 06:19 PM Posted yesterday at 06:19 PM NFL Network knew the pick and set it up for 7 minutes just to build drama. But it was so clear what happened. Quote
No_Matter_What Posted yesterday at 06:19 PM Posted yesterday at 06:19 PM There's nothing more awkward than Rapoport pretending to be speculating that Browns might be taking Sanders while KNOWING that they already picked him. Quote

gonzo1105 Posted yesterday at 06:19 PM Posted yesterday at 06:19 PM Its funny because they added both Gabriel and Sanders but if they don't like them they have enough capital and will be bad enough to take a real franchise QB next year but glad this story can be put to bed. Quote
UKBillFan Posted yesterday at 06:19 PM Posted yesterday at 06:19 PM WTH are the Browns playing at? They drafted Gabriel yesterday. Quote

Iverwig Posted yesterday at 06:19 PM Posted yesterday at 06:19 PM Now they can shut up about Shedeur but they probably won’t. Quote

WotAGuy Posted yesterday at 06:20 PM Posted yesterday at 06:20 PM Simon drafting a strongly worded letter to NFL Network for tipping the Sanders pick. 1 1 Quote
mikemac2001 Posted yesterday at 06:20 PM Posted yesterday at 06:20 PM Why not draft someone else instead of that Oregon QB to just draft sanders now. Just very odd Quote
Ben Posted yesterday at 06:20 PM Posted yesterday at 06:20 PM why take 2 qbs if you're Cleveland? Quote
