I’m not as excited about Walker as I am about the previous picks, but he is absolutely a swing for the fences.  First team All-SEC opinion 2023, really didn’t play well last year - hope it was the nagging injuries.  Could be a home run or a strike out.

He played with a broken vertebra last year.

How are we even going to carry this many DT's into the regular season?  How many DL players do we have now?

Feel like Carter or DQ are getting cut

I don’t think Jones is a guarantee. Larry O suspension makes it a weird spot to be in.

Let it play out it's not even may, darn let it play out there are UDF there explode on the scene , draft is a 50/50 gamble

In that case we may as well all ditch the thread and not discuss the draft at all.

Sawyer is just waiting for his local radio gig in Columbus. It’s his destiny.

Let him squeeze out some money from a rookie contract first but you're probably right eventually.

The Bill's have been horrendous at drafting on the defensive line, yet they just continue to put huge draft capital there & double up almost every year to the detriment to the wide receiver room and offensive, it's ridiculous!!! Yes, they needed to draft on the defensive line because they've been so poor at it and most of their pics don't work out (but I don't trust the staff at picking the correct people simply because of their record). Plus, they've already drafted a couple this year. For God's sake, go get a speedy wide receiver... you missed out on Thornton because of this stupidity. Bond was still there as well. They also blew it last year.

McDermott and Beane (& his staff), also have been terrible in the first and second rounds historically, the only area they've been okay at is in the middle rounds.

All of a sudden the run on wide receivers starts again and what do they do, trade up not to get a wide receiver, but to get another defensive lineman!!! Yeah they're really playing 3D chess, with themselves!!! Furthermore, they usually get hosed on the trade capital, but at least on this trade up, based on the chart, they gave up less than what would have been typical for the move up.

I guess I'll get over it, but this is a bit frustrating and this staff overall has just not been that great at drafting except really in the middle rounds. Year after year, Josh has less than adequate weapons and it gets tiring that they put so much on his plate to do a lot of it by himself.

why does this regime continue to undervalue WR more than any other position?

I could swear that they spent their top pick last year on WR.  If you see Randy Moss or Marvin Harrison out there in round 4, just waiting for their moment, go ahead and score your "I told you so points now and name him".   Maybe the reality is that the best use of their resources on day 3 was a situational player that fills a need they may have cost them a Super Bowl or 2.  WR is NOT their problem.  Why do you want to have to rely on having the ball last to win?  How about you properly staff a defense that does not require last drive heroics for an MVP QB to win.  Again... perspective.  It is round 4!  Your stud WR is not walking to that podium today.  A valuable piece of a complex defense may have just done so.

Which is too bad a couple years ago before he got hurt he was on fire.  Looked like a plus 1 tech and was very disruptive beside Oliver.  Hopefully these young guys come in and look like someone lit their hair on fire.
