I don't trust Beane - or any GM - to get all their picks right.  I don't trust so-called draft experts to get all their evaluations right.  I don't trust my own evaluation of college tape.

Cynical but fair.  You never know until they hit the field, but the best news is that none of these 3 have to start unless they earn it.

Absolutely, but he did it with guys who can make an immediate impact this coming season and you can project as starters.  In fact, I think Hairston and Jackson could win starting jobs this season.  
 

These picks you could see how Beane projects his lineup this season

CB2 - White and Hairston - not sure who starts

DT 1 - Oliver backed up by Sanders

DT2 - Jones backed up by Carter 

Edge - Rousseau and Bosa backed up by Solomon

DE - AJE and Jackson - I think Jackson’s speed could push AJE to the bench. 

 

 

The way we play DL, who starts doesn't matter. Sanders will get meaningful snaps. The defense is better than it was on February 1.

I enjoy the insight in Beane's press conferences every night but he needs to pull a Belichick and stfu a bit. He's spending 30 minutes telegraphing exactly how Buffalo sees these guys and plans to use them, so much so that I'd be able to telegraph a little bit if I were an opponent based on the details he's giving
