I see people like Dane Brugler, who I really like, Joe Buscaglia and others touting Sanders' strength at the point of attack, violent hand usage, and better-than-expected play against the run, not to mention the possibility of carrying more weight. As it stands now, Brugler has him listed at 305, which is significantly different than the 287 or 294 I've seen him listed at elsewhere.

Time will tell, but like DeWayne Carter last year, I expect the Bills to try Sanders at both 3T and 1T and see where he fits into the DT puzzle best.

Alas, one way or the other, they seem to have prioritized pass rushing ability and upside over run-stopping. Given that they were pretty good on 1st and 2nd down last season and AWFUL on 3rd down, I don't hate it.

Collins is a 2 down player and will probably always be. I think there’s a decent chance that walker and Caldwell end up being as good or better than him. Would love one of these two at 132. 
 

guessing safety or wr at 72. Don’t be surprised if 72 is dont’e Thornton as I think they love him. Sanker is the more likely pick or maybe an edge like Swinson or Burch. Would love Caldwell or another big 1T but not holding my breath

Marino says he now watches very little college football, to get closer to his focus, the NFL.

 

Listening to him on the draft, he often seems to just be reading the words of others on his show, repeating the same jargon, over and over.

Yep I understand. It's Not just Joe Marino though.

 

Daniel Jeremiah, Mel Kiper etc didn't have Sanders ranked high at all

would love J. Royals or the other ISU WR.   Thorton seems too soon there.  He seems like a projection pick given the lack of production.

I like Marino too but he’s the outlier here, everywhere else had him as the best dr left on the board with a mid 2nd rating. Now I still wouldn’t have traded up for him, but 3rd round rating is bad

It's not just Joe Marino who said this about sanders.

I'd add, he was looking like a solid rookie until the wrist injury.

 

I didn't know where we'd be playing Hoecht, after suspension.  But with our plethora of inside rushers now, he might get more work on the edge than I anticipated (was thinking 50/50, might be more 70/30).

I preferred Collins, but what do any of us know?  I trust our team if that is who they liked.  The whining on the board over this is the best I have heard since "we took the wrong Josh."  Let's hope that is an omen!  Let's go TJ!!
