jahnyc Posted Saturday at 12:11 AM Posted Saturday at 12:11 AM Interesting stuff about his immaturity and attitude. Doesn't really sound like a typical pick by the Bills. Must think they can get him to do what is needed. Quote

MrEpsYtown Posted Saturday at 12:11 AM Posted Saturday at 12:11 AM Why does anyone here think McDermott is going to change his scheme? Like you have to get over that. I’m not a McDermott guy, but he ain’t changing. Anyway, they clearly really like the dude. I don’t love the trade, but Beane seems to like to pick in tiers. And he traded up and down in one trade. And there is nothing stopping them from moving up again. Less amo, but they still can move around. I like when they target guys they really want, regardless of how I feel about them. And like Gunner said, the 49ers were going to take him. 2 Quote

I was expecting a 6'1" guy when you said that... guy could easily put on another 20-40 lbs and yet he is athletic.. we will see if trade makes sense if Bean can use some of those lower pics to move up again. He don't look like a 'bulk up' guy. Looks like beat ya with speed, and too strong for you to do anything about it guy. A clever DC could make it lethal, because Oliver can do the same. If I thought Bobby could do this, I'd be super happy. Talking myself off the ledge. Quote

I'm thinking there's a CHANCE that Kiper's rankings aren't the be-all, end-all. And there is a ChAnCe Beane didn’t read the room. You like him, fine! Find him at value. Quote

Violent handwork, interior DL of year in SEC. Had some great games against top notch competition. He has that 1 shoulder/slice thru OL finesse move, just uses his body and hands well. Gets out of position though because of it too. Just my opinion from watching some kids. Think he improved vs run in 2024, stronger shedding blocks. It's a 3rd down league/passing, and need to get to Mahomes up the middle. 3 Quote
TheFunPolice Posted Saturday at 12:12 AM Posted Saturday at 12:12 AM (edited) We are literally never going to draft a big DT That said I trust the coach and GM. Maybe he'll be great Edited Saturday at 12:12 AM by TheFunPolice Quote
Sojourner Posted Saturday at 12:12 AM Posted Saturday at 12:12 AM Not the worst but they could have traded that pick, gotten more and still be looking to hypothetically get either Shemar Turner or Darius Alexander. Weird. Quote
Turbo44 Posted Saturday at 12:12 AM Posted Saturday at 12:12 AM Love how everybody thinks they know more that Beane. Too funny. I wouldn’t have traded up for him, BUT, I’m not the GM of Buffalo and he is an athletic freak. So Beane is 2 for 2 drafting athletic freaks. a lot of people calling him “undersized.” Since when is 6’3 298 with 33” arms undersized T.J. SandersDTSouth Carolina Height: 6 - 3 |Weight: 297 lbs |RAS: 9.38 In a pretty deep defensive tackle draft class, T.J. Sanders has managed to stand out as one of the more enticing players in the group. A powerful 3-technique defensive tackle who also brings some juice as a penetrating 1-technique, Sanders appears to have the strength and improving technique to hold his own in NFL trenches. With solid overall quickness and an improving arsenal of moves to shed blocks, Sanders was a true impact player for South Carolina in 2024. He’s an effective run defender who brings enough pressure as a pass-rusher to entice NFL teams. 2 2 Quote

We were 25th against the run and got man handled at the LOS last year. honestly, let KC and burrow run the ball as much as they can. Every snap out of the qbs hands is a win. also, we often play with a lead so 2 Quote

We can never stop the run and we never win the LOS against physical point of attack teams. Stop wasting time rotating 290lb Dlineman. Get 2 monsters in there to occupy blocks and keep the LBs clean. Stop doing this FFS. How many of these guys do we need? Has the issue really been people run the ball down Bills throat? Or that in big games they don’t get pressure?? I’m assuming Bills think he will get to the passer as well as be explosive against the run 🤷🏻♂️.. just not sure 🤔 2 1 Quote

Just like Carter was last year when we DESPERATELY needed him in the third round, so much so we got out of the first. Is Carter now the water boy? We also signed the 3 from pitt. Plus hoecht will move around and play some 3. By my count, we just drafted a fourth string player. 1 3 2 1 Quote
