@gonzo1105 another question...worth trading up for?  1 4th round pick as ammo, I'd suggest we use it.

 

If they are high on him vs others, I'm about turning our 10 picks into 7 or 8 eventually.  No way more than that make our 53, likely going to have someone poached

I knew that was coming lol look we need very little here and it’s all just manipulation of depth. This roster will be very difficult to crack. My maximum impact is finding a starter at a position of need. If you can get an elite punter for 10 years you gain more than a depth Dlineman

No, I wouldn't trade up for him. There are other deep threat WR options in my opinion that also make sense and there are also some edge rushers on the board at this point that I want to see the board thin out a little bit before I would consider making that move up for anyone.

I think it's the trade-target more than the value people are upset at.  I could be wrong about that.

This draft has been pretty boring. I don't mind the occasional crap talker to try and spice things up

I think Beane just likes to have a late 7th rounder for a guy that he thinks might be tough to sign as a UDFA. I notice he actually has done this a couple of different times in his tenure and has made mention that sometimes you take a guy that late that you think you'll have a lot of competition for to sign after the draft.
