TJ Sanders and the 72 pick cost pick 56 and pick 62.

I’d take sanders over Farmer every day.  Collin’s is fine- to plug the run and sit on the sideline every 3rd down.  
 

I get it- I would’ve been happy with Collins too, but I’ll take an elite athlete pass rusher over a run plugger that can’t rush the passer every day.  I’m glad we did.  

 

We drafted 2 guys that can really help our D get off the field on 3rd down.  Can’t say enough about it

Reading the national boards we 100% moved up because San Francisco was going to pick TJ

 

Makes perfect sense to me.

 

Pass rushing DT's are the coin of the realm nowadays.

With the 4 big picks we moved up 15 in the second and moved down only 10 to the top of the third. And we guaranteed getting the player Beane wants. That's fair. If you don't like the pick that's a separate issue.

We got a 3rd...which we didn't have.  So instead of 2 second rounders.  We get a 2nd and 3rd.  And it's an early 3rd.

Why are you isolating the 2nds only? That's so arbitrary.

People who say "he probably would have been there if we didn't trade down" don't understand that usually the team moving has reason to believe that player is targeted by another team in front

Disagree strongly. I said last night I didn't think he'd reach #56. He went right in the range where his talent belongs IMO.

Because that’s all we were talking about. We know there is more to it, but we were talking about a specific aspect.

I'm more focus on people saying we gave away 2nds when we didn't.  We gave them 1 2nd and got a 2nd to move up 14 spots.

I like getting the 3rd for sure.  Again, it's about how everyone thinks we gave them 2 picks and got nothing back in the 2nd round.

because of the Watkin trade basically.  Everyone said we gave up 2 1sts for him which wasn't true since we still had the pick and drafted him with that pick.

I'll take your word for it.  I have not seen him projected that high.  What do you think about the fit for the Bills?
