I agree, we definitely don't need 10 picks. Use a 4th/5th to move up into the 3rd round.  I want 3 picks and 3 starters tonight.  Collins must be one of those 3 picks.

I'm loving the DE and DT's available 

The one player outside of that I love is Xavier Watts. Our secondary would be completely made over. He is a stud. Gregg Cosell even said that he sees very little difference between Starks and Watts.

Secondary:

Hairston, Watts,Bishop and Benford we would be set for years to come!

 

Both Hairston and Watts have elite ball skills!

Having an athletic dynamic safety in Watts would be fantastic. Not having our S playing 20 yards back from the LOS would be refreshing

RE: TE: I'm fine with Davidson as TE3 this year.  I'm also fine if they draft a TE, but it's not a position I'd especially consider in rounds 2 or 3 (if we wind up with a 3).  If we're in round 4 or later, and the top guy available far and away is a TE, by all means go for it.  But if not, I'm very comfortable with some combo of Davidson/Gilliam/UDFA/vet bargain bin FA.

Agree,  I’d prefer TE and RB aren’t on our draft board this year. If Jay Higgins, LB, Iowa, All American, is available in the later rounds I would love to add him to our LB group.

I love collins but I honestly think Caldwell and Walker might turn out just as good and can be had a round or two later.  I'm not trading up from 56 for Collins.

Would be mint! But I think he will go early. Orrr, his medical is cooked and that's why he is sliding.

This is what I want to do as well. And then trade up into the third or bottom of the second for the best safety

I think guys like Green, Johnson and Shadeur are probably taking this personal.  These guys probably feel 'cheated' out of millions of dollars.  That's some real motivation to not only make it back,but also prove their doubters wrong.  Some teams may realize this, and I expect them, and the other last few top guys to go fast.

The turf toe and hamstring are the short term concerns.  But the reason he fell was this report about his knee and longevity?  He may fall a little more in the 2nd?

It’s going to be a long wait hoping for any DT and DE.  They will be very fortunate if any of these guys are available:

 

DT: TJ Sanders, Alfred Collins

DE: Nic Scourton, Landon Jackson, JT Tuimoloau, Donovan Ezeiruaku, Bradyn Swinson

 

Other than those, I’m not really seeing value at DT or DE, unless you like Jack Sawyer.

Oh, don't get me wrong - I'm fine with ANY position starting with our second 4th rounder.  Late-round guys usually don't see the field on scrimmage downs as rookies anyway.  If Terrell Davis 2.0 happens to be available in the 6th round, we'll all be thrilled if the Bills take him.  We might not realize how thrilled we are until like 2027, but still.
