All I know about this guy is he's super fast, good in man coverage, and missed 5 games due to a shoulder injury.

I mean they had their pick of almost every top CB in the draft...so I would guess that says it pretty much had to be the guy they really wanted.

#4 CB on Brugler’s draft guide behind Hunter, Johnson, and Barron. Fastest 40 at the combine this year. Him and Amos was close for me but like Hairston a little better.

It felt like it was always gonna be a corner. I kept saying it. I guess who knows what they would have done if the board fell differently. Amos/Hairston seemed like the path. I like both, Hairston probably more upside. I like it.

I'm not putting a lot of stock in his personality lol. Everyone loved Keon too until he actually got on the field. Just go and play ball - hopefully Hairston will be a good addition to our secondary

Tre is basically the "Josh Norman" veteran backup CB. I think that's probably worth the 3 million.
