Do we really need the player interviews?

"How do you feel?"

"Great, I'm excited and ready to go."

30X over and over again.

If you can even understand them.

Take this FWIW & dont shoot the messenger...I was reluctant to share given how unpredictable this draft could be, but had multiple people I trust tell me a guy to watch for the Bills is Malaki Starks in the past 24 hours, depending on how the board fell.

With a starting secondary of Benford, White (currently), Johnson, Hamlin, and Rapp if you asked where we could upgrade pass coverage the most it would be Hamlin or Rapp and Starks would do it.  Starks is certainly on the list of picks I would be happy with.

"No man, I'm not pissed off that this bungling skinflint franchise drafted me"

I told my son tonight "If the Jets draft you, don't sign. If it's the Pats or Fish I won't root for you but at least make the money. The Jets??? Just no"

Why?  The coverage grade with all our safeties were awful last year.

I think they have three viable options there that will be better next year and spending a high pick at that position two years in a row is poor resource management, imo.

Our secondary is low-key terrible.

Dane Brugler, Benjamin Albright and Peter Schrager? I kid.

I would like Starks as long as it’s at 30 or a small enough move up that it’s only a day 3 pick

Mini run on EDGE and DT.  Those that wanted a CB at 30 probably will get their wish...

This first round is do bereft of top end talent.  Ward wouldn't have been in the top 4 QBs last year and Hunter may have been the 4th best WR.  Grant at 13 is a sig reach.

This is shaping up beautifully. A lot of good CBs still available.

Until there's a run on them just before the Bills pick.

Every board room is high fives until it's a bust pick

Unpopular opinion, Bishop is actually the Milano replacement.

One of my closest friends is a big Seahawks fan. We actually went to the game last year in Seattle together. We’ve watched a lot of drafts together, with my fondest memories being how often we would yell at the TV when Seattle would pass up good offensive line talent. Seems like they finally got the message. Only seven years too late.
