Special K Posted Tuesday at 06:33 PM Posted Tuesday at 06:33 PM (edited) Taron Johnson was a 4th round pick, and Moore has some Taron Johnson qualities for sure. He is a high-character, high football IQ player, and comes with a lot of experience. He seems to be a real Swiss Army Knife player as he has experience at Nickel, FS, and SS. He could be an early Cam Lewis replacement, and he could develop into an eventual Taron Johnson replacement in the future. https://thedraftnetwork.com/2023/12/21/malachi-moore-scouting-report-nfl-draft-2024 Thoughts from our fellow Draft-niks out there?? LabattBlue Posted Tuesday at 06:41 PM Posted Tuesday at 06:41 PM High character, high IQ players don’t act like spoiled brats…see Moore at end of loss to Vandy last fall. Quote

Taron was a 4th Rounder from a smaller school in Weber St. Moore could have more eyes him being he plays for Alabama. My concern is to me is a tad small for Safety and question if good enough in coverage to be a true CB so not sure he's as pure a swiss army you present. Personally I don't think Safety is high on my draft needs list so rather use a higher picks, see pre Round 6, elsewhere. Edited Tuesday at 06:42 PM by The Jokeman Quote
MJS Posted Tuesday at 06:44 PM Posted Tuesday at 06:44 PM They better not draft a safety high. Day 3 would be fine, I suppose. 1 Quote
