Yeah it’s been crazy what I’ve been able to do with it work wise, but even analyzing legal documents and things like comparing original drafts and redlined amended ones for potential issues and why.  Even my lawyer was floored, saved us a ton of time and money

Great for resumes!  Like another poster pointed out, knowing how to use it is the key.  tell it "make me a resume" and its gunna turn out like crap..... upload your current resume and a copy of the job your applying for and ask it to help maximize your resume for the job, then youre cooking with gas.

have it identify keywords you need. ask it what the top candidates in the top of their career have in common, how you can relate what skills you have to those skills. etc etc etc

ive heard people say its lazy.  it actually takes me less time to update my resume manually, but its going to be far from optimized.  take the time to figure out what matters and the best way to frame yourself, and break your resume down line by line.  took me a tooooon of time, but i nailed a job id been gunning for off and on for years with this method..... then once you learn something like that. learn how to use it in similar ways for other important tasks.  eventually youll get a real eye for seeing missed opportunities & potential uses

So, to do a mock draft you need two things:

  1. draft order
  2. an assessment of each player available
  3. an assessment of each team's needs

#1 and #2 can be found easily enough. But where is GPT getting #3? I doubt GPT has any idea of each team's needs, that's why it chose a WR for the Bills instead of a DL or CB. GPT just chose BPA.

I’m with you.    Do you use the paid subscription version?   I do.    The world is remarkably changed and only now revealing itself.

I wasn’t before, but do now…I have 4 email addresses (personal, 2 work emails, and an old email from a company I don’t use anymore) so created 4 ChatGPT accounts originally to get around the cut off after so many prompts on the free version where it makes you wait 4 hours to get fresh prompts.

But that got cumbersome to remember which chat was under which login, so once I started using it so much I just upgraded to the paid so just have to use the one login now as I don’t get the 4 hour waiting period anymore.

It was a game changer once I upgraded

My work pays for an account for me and I use it all the time for preliminary research. It's a great time saver. But sometimes it is just wrong, so I've had to be careful and double check everything.

Here's what it gave me after I told it to take team needs, draft visits, and recent media coverage into account along with not changing the drafting order for any team and excluding Isaiah Bond because of his legal issues.  There is no shot Abdul Carter falls that far and if he does Beane better go get him.

Tennessee Titans – Cam Ward, QB, Miami

Cleveland Browns – Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado

New York Giants – Travis Hunter, WR/CB, Colorado

New England Patriots – Will Campbell, OT, LSU

Jacksonville Jaguars – Mason Graham, DT, Michigan

Las Vegas Raiders – Jalen Milroe, QB, Alabama

New York Jets – Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State

Carolina Panthers – Jalon Walker, LB, Georgia

New Orleans Saints – Malaki Starks, S, Georgia

Chicago Bears – Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona

San Francisco 49ers – Will Johnson, CB, Michigan

Dallas Cowboys – Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State

Miami Dolphins – Jonah Savaiinaea, OT, Arizona

Indianapolis Colts – Tyler Booker, OL, Alabama

Atlanta Falcons – Nic Scourton, EDGE, Texas A&M

Arizona Cardinals – Mykel Williams, EDGE, Georgia

Cincinnati Bengals – Kenneth Grant, DT, Michigan

Seattle Seahawks – Josh Conerly Jr., OT, Oregon

Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama

Denver Broncos – Derrick Harmon, DT, Michigan State

Pittsburgh Steelers – J.T. Tuimoloau, EDGE, Ohio State

Los Angeles Chargers – Matthew Golden, WR, Texas

Green Bay Packers – Walter Nolen, DT, Ole Miss

Minnesota Vikings – Quinn Ewers, QB, Texas

Philadelphia Eagles – Walter Nolen, DT, Ole Miss

It's an amazing tool if it's used properly and you understand what it can't do.  I use it at work often and it saves me a ton of time.  I try to teach my students how to use it properly to get the help they need more efficiently, not to write papers for them.  For example, we use a lot of historical texts and, for kids who are way behind grade level they are exceedingly difficult to understand.  ChatGPT allows them to have the text reworded for them instantly for the level they are currently at.  Then they can see the original and the essentially translated version side by side and it takes ZERO time to do it.

Kool Aid McKinstry lmao

ChatGPT is pretty freaking scary. I'm not one of those people whose engrossed in technology.

I used it the other day at work. Took a picture of a control panel with different colors of the status of our scale buckets. It didn't come with directions. Our scales are from China.

We couldn't figure out the codes to program it.

After taking the picture, I simply asked Chat, what does this mean.?

In about 30 seconds it had a thorough breakdown of the chart, meanings, explanations.

Crazy world we live in!

P.S. I just asked GPT if TBD is a good website:

Says it's well regarded interactive website. Also:

Highlights of Two Bills Drive

Active Forums:

Diverse Content: Beyond game discussions, TBD offers sections like "Off the Wall" for broader NFL topics and general conversations, fostering a well-rounded community experience.

Community Engagement: Members often share personal experiences and insights.

😀

Pretty smart like I said, couldn't agree more

I asked it to explain my orthopedic report in Laymans terms. Absolutely incredible. I didn’t even need to talk to the surgeon lol.

I just used X's Grok and asked them the exact same question and they provided:

Round 1 pick 30 CB Maxell Hairston

Round 2 Pick 56  Edge Donovan Ezeiruaku

Round 2 Pick 62  DT Kenneth Grant

Gonzo and GunnerBill projected Hairston for the Bills in Round 1 as well.

The stars are aligning...

So you’re good with the WRs we have? Every year we ask Josh to do more and give him less?

Cool Cool Nbc GIF by Brooklyn Nine-Nine

I love WRs! WRs rock. You can get what we lack on day 3 this year though. This class is stocked with difference makers on DLine, load up early. We missed on BTJR last year, it is what it is. Get one early if there's a high end stud next year.

I’d love to trade our first round pick this year to get a first from a crappy team like Cleveland next year. End up getting a top 5 pick and grab the bama or OSU stud WR. Those 2 are amazing! Josh would be on cloud 9

Honestly we have such a good rapport with the giants maybe we trade them our 30 this year for their first next year and a 3rd this year. They get their boy Dart and we get our future #1 stud next year

Q- "Who should the Buffalo Bills Draft"

A- "As the 2025 NFL Draft approaches, the Buffalo Bills are focusing on strengthening their defense, particularly the secondary and defensive line. With the 30th overall pick, cornerback Maxwell Hairston from Kentucky is a strong candidate. Hairston, known for his explosive speed and ball-hawking skills, could be a valuable addition to the Bills' secondary. SBNation.com+1Buffalo Rumblings+1

Additionally, defensive tackle Kenneth Grant from Michigan is another prospect drawing attention. At 340 pounds, Grant offers size and athleticism, potentially filling a significant need on the defensive line. AtoZ Sports+1Democrat and Chronicle+1

The Bills hold 10 draft picks and may consider trading up to secure key talent. Fan sentiment leans towards addressing defensive needs, with cornerback and defensive tackle being top priorities. AtoZ Sports+3Buffalo Rumblings+3Buffalo Rumblings+3Buffalo Rumblings

In summary, the Bills are likely to focus on defensive prospects like Hairston and Grant to bolster their roster in the upcoming draft."

@BisonMan

How was your question phrased?  This seems to be what I get.....

I spoke to Pinto Ron about ChatGPT after a friend brought it up to him. For those that don't know he is a genius with programming, etc.

He said this same technology was being used in the 80's and it's just rebranded stuff to seem advanced. It was a remarkable conversation.

Interesting.  I’d like to hear more.
