no joke. i saw the photo of the meeting yesterday with VP Vance and thought he looked better than the last time I saw him but he just did not look right. The bloating and age looked scary.

 

I did not realize he was in that bad of shape.

"It's hypocrisy to call yourself a Christian and chase away a refugee or someone seeking help, someone who is hungry or thirsty, toss out someone who is in need of my help...if I say I am a Christian, but I do these things, I'm a hypocrite".

A quote which is very much in line with the virtues espoused by Jesus Christ. Generosity, kindness, and charity toward fellow humans -- particularly the vulnerable and needy. A concept which is worth trumpeting, and which is worth pursuing and adhering to. 

May Pope Francis rest in peace.

he was a good pope.  the church greatly needed to take a step forward and evolve a bit, and he was the correct man to do it.

The wife and I saw him get wheeled out for the Easter blessing and both remarked about how terrible he looked.
