What it can't do is prevent human error like (someone in Waltz's orbit) accidentally adding a reporter or (allegedly) discussing classified information with family members. The latter still needs to be proven and if it did, it shouldn't have happened and shouldn't happen again. But there's no grounds for firing. 1
