Taking classified material was a common occurrence and either you charge everyone or no one, unless something nefarious was done with the information. And Biden—with decades as an high ranking official read into the standards of handling classified documents, could have considered his own complicity in the confusion surrounding the rules v what the acceptable standard was. Given his hubris, someone in his admin with common sense might have recognized the political peril of seeking life in prison for his opponent for doing what presidents and high ranking officials have done for decades. That silliness was supersized greatly as Biden’s actions were uncovered. We, the people had ample opportunity to consider the merits of those allegations, and we, the people responded.
