TSW Mock Draft 3.0 - The Giants (JJGauna) are on the Clock

Hi Everyone and a welcome to the TSW Mock Draft 3.0 sign-up thread.  Not many changes to the format this year, but the rules and expectations are as follows:

 

Mock 3.0 is 1 round and with trades.  Future mocks will have different rules. 

 

The Bills selection will be done by a survey of the BPA’s at the time. 

 

The Draft will begin once all 32 owners have been found.  If that does not occur until after 7p est on 4/20/25, then the draft will begin at 8a on 4/21.

Owners - To volunteer to serve as a team GM, you need to:

·       Be in good standing on this site (daily activity, account history, etc)

·       Reply in this thread with the top 3 teams you want to manage (only listing one will be ignored)

·       Be prepared to keep up with your picks (3 hour window between picks)

·       Be prepared to follow the posting guidelines when it’s your pick (failure to do so might lead to your exclusion to participating in future mocks)

Rules:

·        Every owner has 3 hours to make their pick

·        GM’s cannot control the same team in different mock drafts

·        Trades must match the trade value chart linked above at a min

·        No players can be traded (We have allowed trades in prior years for players that were for certain on the trade block, but that does not seem to be the case this year.  No, we are not going to allow a James Cook trade unless something comes out that he’s on the block)

·        When you pick, you must use the following format

·        With the 30th pick, the Buffalo Bills select Josh Allen, QB, Wyoming @Virgil is on the clock.  (Commas and caps make my life easier when updating the page)

·        When you pick, please give a few sentence summary as to why you made the pick you did.  The more commentary and ownership, the better the experience.

·        Draft hours are from 8am-10pm EST.  If your pick comes up at 9p, you have until 10a the next morning.

Just out of curiosty, why didn't @JJGauna get his first choice of Cleveland when it was still available? Too easy of a pick or wanted to save that for a west coaster?
