NYG as expected took their QB - makes a ton of sense. Picks: 34 DL - took Nolan over Grant 58 CB - Hairston - don’t think he’ll be available in the real draft but he was here 62 EDGE - took Swinson over Tuimoloau 65 WR - took Higgins over Kyle Williams This is why I love trading slightly down out of rd 1 and in this case ending up having (3) 2nds and the first pick of the 3rd. This draft is so deep and with those 4 picks we fill all 4 of our biggest needs and with all 4 of those impact players whom could start I traded 132 and 177 to LAC for 125 cuz I really wanted to double up at DL and took Joshua Farmer(a guy we’ve met with numerous times) With Nolan and Farmer, pairing with Oliver, the middle of our D all of a sudden is intimidating. 169 RB Jaydon Blue - crazy speed we’ve shown a ton of interest in 170 CB/S Caleb Ransaw - ridiculous athlete who plays multiple positions in the secondary 173 WR Isaiah Bond - 2nd round talent in the 5th round and we all know why. Doubling up at WR and hoping the charges are false. Nice risk/reward shot here 206 LB Shaun Dolac - took the local kid but he deserved to be drafted and has a legitimate shot to make the team priority UDFA: Punter (Sauls, Mastromanno), CB, 330+ DT, Oline Nice picks, i didn't use a simulator, i dont find any fun in that, i like to make the picks myself and copied and pasted the names from Drafftek. im not drafting a RB this year as Cook isnt going anywhere this year. Draft one next year if we need to. Edited Saturday at 09:34 PM by Buffalo Barbarian 1 Quote

Draft one next year if we need to. Fair - and they can franchise Cook for $13m the following year. I think they agree to something around 4 years/50m. The good things about cook are his explosiveness and not much wear on the tires (didn’t play much at Georgia and plays < 50% with Buffalo). The not so good things about Cook are he’s a below average pass blocker so isn’t a full time RB and how much of his production is due to him vs our outstanding Oline? He missed one game last year and Davis had a huge Gabe vs the Jets Oh and Amos will 90% be there at 30 but would never be my pick at 30. He does everything well but nothing outstanding. Not a game changer to me 1 Quote

My favorite players from my mock are; Landon Jackson, Ty Robinson and Nash Hutmaker , great traits with big motors. 1 Quote

I have watched anything on Nash, Bills have had a lot of meeting/interest in Landon and Ty. Problem with Landon is he’ll probably go in the 40s so we’d have to trade up from 56 to get him Quote

I haven't heard that he was rising that high, i really like him as he reminds me of poor man's JJ Watt. I Didn't think Watt was going to be as good as he was in the pros, i wish he came here instead of Arizona in his last years, he might have put us over the hump in the 13 seconds game. Quote

Little under sized…. Think Gabe Davis type. Palmer will get some snaps outside with Keon opposite. That’s why I think Elic Ayomanor could be a WR Bills target. I could see them trying to trade up into early round 3 to grab him. Would still take Kyle Williams though. Jaylon Royals too 1 Quote

Haven't you seen examples of House's humor in the past? Here are the weaknesses of Nash Hutmacher according to NFL.com's draft coverage (Lance Zierlein's commentary I believe: Below-average first-step quickness upfield and laterally. Very short arms prevent separation from the block. Struggles getting rid of the blocker to tackle his gap. Range of play won’t extend far beyond his closest gaps. Unable to generate pocket pressure if he doesn’t win quickly. He is rated as a bottom of the roster or practice squad player. Edited Saturday at 11:07 PM by BigAl2526 2 Quote

One of the major strengths of Kyle Williams (the DT) is that he was lightning quick at the snap. Zierlein thinks Hutmacher has below average first step quickness. Quote

Or hope that who we want gets past KC and Philly. Also, could we get a trade down from 65 for 70/88 or 82/92? ( Jags and Seattle). I want Porter at DB and maybe the White signing justifies getting him in the 2nd although it may have to be at 56. Taking a chance with unteachable, untouchable talent....and speed. Bottom line is we're just gonna have to wait and see. Quote
