For the TSW 3.0 Mock draft (final one of the year), the Bills will be trading up from #30.  If you aren't a fan of the trade up, please refer to mocks 1.0 and 2.0 to see what we decided to do while staying put at #30.  These mocks are meant to walk through different scenarios and see what all could happen.

With that being said, please vote for which trade up option you would prefer to see, and the Bills will attempt to make that trade.  If we can't, then we will default the second trade option, and so on.

I also recognize that it's tough to trade up when you don't know who will be available, so please comment below who you were hoping to trade up for.  It's not an exact science here, so trying my best.

I voted #1. I'd say for Shemar Stewart who is projected as a possible top 10 pick but lack of production may realistically drop him to around #20. He has the elite athletic traits we know this regime favors, he fills a need, and he was a top 30 visit. That's a semi-realistic option so I'd be interested to see how that affects our draft, although I wouldn't support that move in real life.

I haven’t checked but I don’t think the third option is accurate. I don’t think you’re going up 6 more spots by adding 284.

Yup, that was a typo.  It's fixed now

Trade up to 18 probably lands Nolen or Harmon. So that’s what I would do since they are a tier above the other DTs. I don’t think there will be anybody available at 26 that would be a tier above a player at 30.

THERE IS NOTHING that we need at 11...  if DT Graham slips? Its still wrong type of DT we need...

To Low for Mike Green

at #18 same situation. wrong type of players for what we need.

No way we go lower than 25.

Maybe at 25 we ***** up a guy like..

Malaki Starks S

But I don't see it..

I voted for the point of having fun with this vote.. but... I HATE to say this.. we stuck at 30.. and everyone left is round 2 grade.. lets move back.. Flip a 30 and one of our 4th rounders and pick up a second and a third.. pick up a mid second round pick and take it home with 3 2nd rounders and a 3rd rounder... all who would poise to contribute in 2025.

WR/DT/CB in round 2 and in the third grab a IOL.

Another year of painfully finding out late in the draft that we trading back?  I am ok with that if we can manage a good batting average out of this draft.

Weird, I've been reading he's 100% project/potential and zero production.  Youre one of the better posters here, so what do you like?  Why wasnt he productive?  I know hes an absolute freak, is there something else he brings to table? Or freak enough for that to be worth it alone?

Dudes traits on his scouting report reads a lot like another former A & M guy, who shall not be named on this board lol

I'll be honest I don't have much of an educated opinion on him. I'm a big bet on traits guy in the 1st round, but 4.5 sacks in 3 years of college is really pushing the limit on what's acceptable for the floor vs ceiling conversation IMO. Personally I wouldn't trade up for anybody in this class, but if the Bills did I could see it being for Stewart because of the traits.

I prefer to trade 30 for a swap in the 2nd and a 3rd round pick. Then I’d offer our early 4th, 5th, and 6th round picks (109, 169, and 177 overall) which is worth a grand total of 120.4 points (according to DRAFTEK NFL Trade Value Chart) to the Browns for their 3rd round pick 94th overall which is worth 124 points. This trade gets me from pick 109 to 94 which is a 15 team leap.

Add all these moves up and I’ll have a grand total of 8 draft picks which include Three 2nd rounders, 3rd, 4th, two 5ths, and a 6th.
