K D Posted April 18 Posted April 18 This should be confirmation that he's not expecting to return. Comes with a nice podcast studio for all of you multimillionaire streamers. Also it's next door to Sean McDermott's house. https://redf.in/eDYH8c Quote
Conlan58 Posted April 18 Posted April 18 A Two Million Dollar home, and that's the kitchen? Hah - good luck getting over 1.8.... 1 Quote

Truth be told he's going to have a really hard time selling this unless it's to another Bills player with money to burn (Benford?). He bought it for 1.1 mil in 2022 and did some decent improvements but he's going to have to drop the price to 1.5 area at minimum imo. 1 1 1 Quote
BuffaloBillyG Posted April 18 Posted April 18 It's a nice house. But I expected something a little more... elaborate from Von I guess. Quote
YodaMan79 Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Good. I don’t want to hear anymore how his advanced stats show he’s still elite. He’s toast. $388 a square foot is a pretty darn good value. 1 Quote
Royale with Cheese Posted April 18 Posted April 18 I wonder if it's an awkward situation between Sean and Von being neighbors. I can see Sean peaking through his drapes to make sure Von's not outside when he gets the mail.... 5 Quote

There will be a large contingent calling for McDermott's ouster any number of times this year. Chez Miller and Chez McDermott as a package deal. 🤔 Quote
Ridgewaycynic2013 Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Is there an efficiency motel in the southtowns? Sort of like that joint up on Maple Road in Amherst, where the Sabres always housed players 'on the bubble'? 🤔 Quote
MJS Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Pretty nice. But I wouldn't expect that to cost $2M. Although, I am not in New York. Things are more expensive there. Quote
Process Posted April 18 Posted April 18 That is certainly not a $2M home in WNY. Looks like he bought it for 1.15 3 years ago. Quote
Mr. WEO Posted April 18 Posted April 18 $388 a foot to live in the middle of nowhere on just over an acre in a house that traded for $160 less only 3 years ago?? lol where are the comps getting that? biggest recent sale (a year ago) on street over got $212. Beane took a $450k haircut on his nearby much bigger place only a year and a half ago. There's nothing in those pics that show any kind of upgrades that could bring that bump. It's a nondescript mcmansion--gotta the love the brick in front....and vinyl in the back! The upper middle class house mullet! 1 1 Quote

itaos Posted April 18 Posted April 18 (edited) But now you can pee where Von Miller peed! If that’s your sort of thing… Edited April 18 by itaos Quote
