Ok I’m good with this for the same reasons I would have been good with Bradberry. Hopefully they feel confident that they can go BPA. White isn’t what he used to be, but he is still a starting corner in the league. 
 

Maybe they know they can’t get the corner they want, and this is a stop gap who kinda lets them draft a guy coming off injury like Revel or Morrison, or a raw player like Porter or Thomas. 
 

BPA Beane. Do it the right way for once.

He actually wasn’t , he was abysmal for the Rams. He was a serviceable player for the Ravens

No. Dane is a fringe player. Ingram has actually made plays when given the chance. He’s a darkhorse for CB2 IMO

Per PFF (below) Tre White was very average to below average last year. Seems like a lot of $ for average. Just above league minimum fine otherwise see if Douglas will take less than this. Don't love this honestly.

Looks like the dead cap will remain so we'll essentially be paying him twice... Bizarre.

He’s a very replaceable player.  He should in no way shape or form detract them from drafting a CB

Hopefully Tre is recovered from the injury. He’s so smart, this will be a good signing and best of what was out there. Maybe you can get Douglas for the same deal

I like the the move. If he can be 80% of what he was we've got a decent cb room pre-draft. Hopefully now 2 years out from achilles he's closer to his old self. Took him 2 years to get over the knee.

 

Worried he's cooked though. Didn't see a lot last year but what I did wasn't good.

 

Worth the risk.
