stlbills13 Posted Thursday at 10:42 PM Posted Thursday at 10:42 PM Between White Dane and a draft pick, there will be someone strong emerging for #2 CB 1 1 Quote
Warriorspikes51 Posted Thursday at 10:42 PM Posted Thursday at 10:42 PM I wonder if Beane used Bradberry visit as leverage to convince Tre and his agent to sign before the draft? 1 Quote
GolfandBills Posted Thursday at 10:43 PM Posted Thursday at 10:43 PM I think this makes a guy like Revel a real possibility now in round 2 probably a slight trade up 2 Quote

Now if we draft a CB early they don't necessarily have a clear path to start. I no longer have any clue what to expect next week. If we draft an early CB that can't beat out Tre White's ghost, then it was a wasted pick anyway. 1 2 1 Quote

The Bills haven’t had enough depth when they got to the playoffs at CB and White/Jackson are still ? Marks and still on 1 year deals. I think your reaction is exactly what the Bills hope other teams will do. Well maybe their not going CB now Yeah maybe I am reading too much into it. Tre looked cooked last year with the Ravens. It is just such a weird move to sign a former franchise cornerstone turned JAG, to apparently have him compete for a backup role with Dane Jackson? I can't make heads or tails of it. 2 1 Quote
Brianmoorman4jesus Posted Thursday at 10:45 PM Posted Thursday at 10:45 PM Move him to S. I love this 1 Quote
Special K Posted Thursday at 10:45 PM Posted Thursday at 10:45 PM This probably means they have their eye on a CB in the later rounds that might need a year to develop before being ready....drafting a CB2 with a 1st round pick is not smart. Expect to hear Grant, Nolen, or Harmon's name at 30 next Thursday, IMO. Quote

He looked really bad at the start but then was playing better. He took about 1 1/2 years to look normal from last injury. i thought cutting him was right because i knew he would look out of it last year but i am fine with this and let him compete and see if anything is still there 1 Quote
Process Posted Thursday at 10:46 PM Posted Thursday at 10:46 PM I love Tre but I thought this was going to be some sort of joke/troll thread when I saw the title 2 Quote

DapperCam Posted Thursday at 10:47 PM Posted Thursday at 10:47 PM He looked really bad on the Rams at the beginning of last season. I wasn't paying attention to how he was doing on the Ravens. I think he did pretty well in the playoff game. He had a pass interference against Keon along the sideline on a deep pass, but I think it was kind of BS. Quote

Totally - he looked like sh%t last year and I can’t believe we are committing that much money to him. Seems like an enormous reach. Everyone who thinks the old Tre will be back are dreaming. He graded out 175 out of 222 cbs on PFF. 2 1 1 1 Quote

Like I said I think they want quality depth there. Not have to rely on an Ingram or Elam in crunch time. If a rookie starts having White/Jackson as backup boundary guys are as good as it gets. Where does that leave Ingram? Who knows, maybe Dane is now on the outside looking in Quote
Warriorspikes51 Posted Thursday at 10:48 PM Posted Thursday at 10:48 PM I wouldn’t underestimate this. Tre may be a very solid CB2 if he wins the job sometimes guys just play better in a certain environment / system he’s certainly loved by the team here 2 2 Quote
stlbills13 Posted Thursday at 10:48 PM Posted Thursday at 10:48 PM Truly see this signing as Tre mentoring the draft pick and taking snaps while he gets up to speed or if things aren't going well 1 Quote
Steptide Posted Thursday at 10:48 PM Posted Thursday at 10:48 PM I like it as long as he's not a starter. He's great depth and maybe he can get back to form to some degree 1 Quote
SydneyBillsFan Posted Thursday at 10:49 PM Posted Thursday at 10:49 PM I dunno. ACL and Achilles tendon tears. Over 30. Has looked like a back-up since the achilles injury. Not seeing the upside here. Hope I'm wrong. 3 Quote
Special K Posted Thursday at 10:49 PM Posted Thursday at 10:49 PM When they were showing the video of Tre hugging everyone before the Bill/Ravens Playoff game, I remember thinking "I bet he's wants to come back to the Bills next year."...... Quote
