Ontario, Canada also has a Dwarf Tossing Ban Act. While some argue for the right of individuals to participate voluntarily, the practice is often viewed as demeaning and unsafe. It really just opens up a whole can of worms as far as rule changes are concerned. For instance, if the dwarf was blocked, could he be picked up and returned for a touchdown?
