If they eventually get rid of the tush push, why not literally throw exceptionally small players?

Is everyone forgetting the 80s Bears goal-line MO with Sweetness?

Go refresh your memories with the impressive insanity of a HOF RB launching himself over and also directly into head-on car crashes like some kind of residual 19th C trench warfare.

Trench warfare is most closely associated with the 20th century

Dwarf tossing is generally illegal in both the United States and Canada. It is specifically banned in Florida and New York. Ontario, Canada also has a Dwarf Tossing Ban Act. While some argue for the right of individuals to participate voluntarily, the practice is often viewed as demeaning and unsafe.

Tossing a dwarf over the Offensive Line and the Defensive line would result in missing Dwarves, how many Dwarves would they allow per game ?

It really just opens up a whole can of worms as far as rule changes are concerned.

For instance, if the dwarf was blocked, could he be picked up and returned for a touchdown?

And that's really just a short sample as far as scenarios go.
