Anyone else still hate Bon Jovi enough to continue the boycott?

Every year at the draft they always play "Livin' On A Prayer".

 

When that happens I stand up and start yelling that Bon Jovi is a liar and I walk around with two thumbs down!

 

Aside from that, I'm cool with Bon Jovi.

I don't even think about that anymore. Just happy it worked out the way it did with the Pegula's and how they played a major role in getting the new stadium built which secures the Bills future in WNY. Also, the hiring of McDermott and Beane which has given us a nice winning stretch of football in the Allen era. Hoping they can finally bring a championship to WNY soon as this fanbase deserves one.

Since I never listened to his stuff in the first place, I’ll just continue the status quo. I didn’t like his music, so no boycott was necessary.

People hate Terry Pegula more than Jon Bon Jovi. Just goes to prove that trying to do something nice only earns you scorn. I said it the day he bought the Bills and everyone was fawning over him and Kim. I knew in a few years he'd be reviled, because that's just how it is.

 

As for JBJ, I never cared for his music anyway. Otherwise he seems like a nice guy, beyond him trying to steal our team. (Sorry Jon, no matter what you say about it now, we know that was the plan.)

The frustration with Terry is Sabres related. As far as the Bills go, he has been very successful hiring Beane and McDermott to run his team.

I do also blame him for killing actual Heavy Metal in the MTV era.  So many reasons to avoid him.

As a guy who lost track of the Sabres when I left town in ‘77, that seemed like a peculiar comment to me. But include the Sabres and I get that. It’s funny how your perspective changes things.

I saw them before they were anybody at a little bar on transit road in depew … Cougars I think it was called.  They were okay back then.  I can handle the song “Dead or Alive”, but other than that, they’re basically Justin Bieber for middle aged women.

Not a fan of his music. Don’t believe he would have been famous if not for his “Jersey” ties when Bruce was huge.

Augie you seem like a guy who stays pretty well connected to your WNY roots.  Did you not follow the Sabres in 05-07?  I'm just genuinely curious.  Obviously there's no right or wrong answer
