Ah, the Constitution is ignored fairly often, and these things work through the process.  
 

In the inevitable chaos of a failed immigration system that seems tailor made to encourage victimization, assault and trafficking, disagreements on how to fix the problem will arise.  Mistakes will be made.  Legal drama will unfold.  I believe the Admin should follow the direction of the SC and perhaps that’s being negotiated behind the scenes, or the judge holding the admin in contempt will solve the problem. 
 

In the meantime, while posting about the challenges in this country—-looks like Team Canada has immigration T Rex arms again.

What they care about is using this situation to facilitate the use of the courts to block the ability of the administration to reverse the flow of illegals facilitated under the Biden administration. Clog up the courts with millions of trials and hearings while demanding "due process" to prevent deportations. File millions of individual motions that must be evaluated and ruled on. Everyone knows there just aren't enough resources in the judicial system to process so many individual cases. Grind the system to a halt. That's the game and whatever side of the argument you're on you know it.

Actually I care about Trump following the Supreme Court and not sending a man to a death camp just for fun and giggles.

Yes we do...pressure has formed to stop the nonsense. This comes from the same pressure that forced Trudeau out...thank goodness, but Canada will do it without destroying our form of government.

Immigration, was out of control. America and Canada must ask itself...why is immigration..legal immigration...is coming from Muslim based countries than the areas of the world that Ellis Island was famous for. Are there no Euros wanting to come here.
