I'm not a legal scholar but it would seem appropriate for Biden officials to be charged with human trafficking violations. I'm not sure how you can legally import people from other countries. If anyone else did that it would be trafficking and "coyotes" at the Mexican border get arrested for that all the time

I am disgusted by the attempts to reframe this as "mass immigration bad, therefore do whatever you want."

We have a constitution that requires some form of due process.

We have laws that we must follow.

Do we allow lynchings again because, after all, that man is bad so who needs a trial?

What process was followed that allowed them here?  
 

Every single illegal border crossing is a violation of the law.  
 

The federal government did not help Arizona.  Texas.  When it came to enforcing those laws.

Due process has been chilling in the Constitution since the Bill of Rights, but it took the 5th and 14th Amendment to remind states that they actually have to play by the rules.

 

Funny how conservatives didn’t bat an eye when the Supreme Court wiped out Roe after 50+ years of precedent but now, suddenly, due process that’s been there since forever is a bridge too far.

So if you break into Disneyland and they try and kick you out you can refuse and say you need to wait for a future court date to be told to leave and then continue riding the rides for free? I'm trying to understand the logic here how anyone can defend someone who is not allowed to be here let alone one with a history of gangs and violence.

Nice try but comparing illegal immigration to sneaking into Disneyland is a massive stretch. Disneyland is a private business that can kick you out for any reason it’s not the constitution at play here.

 

No one wants people here illegally, but good luck stopping it.

 

At the end of the day, the laws exist to protect you. If you were yanked off the street, shoved on a plane, and thrown in some third-world jail, how would we know you're not a citizen?

 

Or do you think you're safe just because of the color of your skin?
