BuffaloBillyG Posted Friday at 07:13 PM Posted Friday at 07:13 PM 🚨🚨🚨TRADE ALERT🚨🚨🚨 THE DENVER BRONCOS AND NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS HAVE AGREED TO A TRADE. THE BRONCOS RECEIVE PICKS 38 (2nd Rd) PICK 69 AND 106 PATRIOTS RECEIVED PICK 20. With the 20th pick in the draft, the New England Patriots select: Matthew Golden, WR, Texas We are elated to add Golden, who we believe to be the Top WR prospect in this draft to our WR room. Another pick to add a weapon for our young QB. We love Golden's speed as a match for Maye and a nice counter balance to the route running and underneath play Diggs will offer. We feel we got 2 of the most explosive playmakers in this draft with Golden and our first pick Jeanty. We are committed to giving Maye every opportunity to take steps forward and now feel with Maye, Jeanty and Golden we have a "big 3" on offense on rookie deals for the next few years. We had to give up a bit, but will likely focus on OL with what we have left. The Pittsburgh Steelers and @Ralonzoare on the clock 2 Quote
Ralonzo Posted Friday at 07:22 PM Posted Friday at 07:22 PM With the 21st Pick in the TSW 2.0 Mock Draft The Yinzborough Stillers select Shemar Stewart EDGE Texas A&M This is a boom-bust selection but our impact players on the D-Line are aging out. He has the size, length and play strength we covet and explosion to beat tackles off the edge. He can play anywhere along the line except nose; hand in the dirt on the end or as a standup Sam or Jack. The franchise has a track record of getting the most out of these toolsy prospects, and the book on Stewart is to value him according to how much you like your DL coaches. The Steelers are rolling the dice here on their ability to teach the Steeler way. @Doc Brown and the San Diego Chargers are up, and if they're in a different city just get yourself 1.21 gigawatts and fix it. 4 Quote

To me, the players we would have wanted to trade up for are gone, and everyone left is in the same tier, so 30 will get us someone. Smart move to stay put. If anything they could trade back into 2026. This draft sucks, or at least it appears to. The best thing about the 2025 NFL Draft is the work that you have put into this mock, and I thank you. 1 Quote

This draft has a few top players, then a glut of guys middle of the first to like the third who are all similarly rated imo. The strength of the draft is that 15-60ish place and we have 3 picks in there. So I think it makes sense to stay put. Edited Friday at 08:27 PM by MrEpsYtown 1 Quote
Doc Brown Posted Friday at 08:32 PM Posted Friday at 08:32 PM (edited) With the 22nd Pick the LA Super Chargers select Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan Happy he fell here as it's a pretty obvious pick that reunites Loveland with Harbaugh. Gives Herbert another weapon at his disposal as he has great ball skills and reliable hands. Will need to fine tune is route running ability and we acknowledge he'll be an average blocker at best. Having Ty Conklin and Will Dissly already on the roster will help in that area. Greg Roman can sleep better at night knowing he can run 12 personnel from a variety of formations. The Packers @Ralonzo are on the clock.. Edited Friday at 08:33 PM by Doc Brown 4 Quote
Ralonzo Posted Friday at 08:50 PM Posted Friday at 08:50 PM With the 23rd pick in the TSW 2.0 Mock Draft the Cheez Bay Packers select Donovan Ezeiruaku, EDGE, Boston College Our two big needs are getting after the quarterback and a burner to get down the field. We liked Golden and were not happy when he went off the board on a trade-up. We don't necessarily like the value/fit of other receivers at this position; the next tier plays more to our needs there. In Ezeiruaku we get a player who can bend around the edge and has shown great production... we've tried betting on traits (cough Van Ness) and that hasn't worked to form as of yet. The Vikings and Jack Klugman... I mean @quincy are on the clock. 5 Quote

I figured he wouldn't make it past the Chargers/Packers picks so I had to jump past them So your comment gives me some self validation that I made the right choice. 2 Quote

You might want to work on your PR skills. . Imagine Beane saying after the Elam pick, "We liked McDuffie and were not happy he went off the board on a trade-up. We had to settle for this guy." 1 Quote
GunnerBill Posted Friday at 09:24 PM Posted Friday at 09:24 PM (edited) @quincy hasn't been here since Wednesday evening. How long does he have? @Virgil Edited Friday at 09:24 PM by GunnerBill Quote
EmotionallyUnstable Posted Friday at 09:33 PM Posted Friday at 09:33 PM (edited) I am thinking in this scenario, Beane would consider moving #109 or #132 to get up to #24-#27. He’s shown a willingness to do this in the past and has the ammo to do it. For who? Maybe Harmon if they like him enough. Edit: NVM just saw Harmon went to the Cards …earlier than I expected! So maybe not this exact scenario but the trade structure seems to line up to what he’s shown to do Edited Friday at 09:35 PM by EmotionallyUnstable Quote

He has 3 hours from the last pick. Hopefully he makes it. If not, this is why we had the tenure/activity requirement. 2 minutes ago, EmotionallyUnstable said: I am thinking in this scenario, Beane would consider moving #109 or #132 to get up to #24-#27. Agreed, but there doesn’t seem to be anyone left moving up for. Personally, I think more QBs and WRs will go than we took, and more players will fall. Quote

What I might do is send you a full write up of options 1 and 2. Then you can post for me? I know who I am taking and if he takes my guy I know who my fallback is. 1 Quote

Checking out medical options to see if he will be available to start the season 🤷🏻♂️.. seems SS might be the fit if this is accurate. Quote

I think that was Kiper’s mock…Sanders to the Saints, play in a dome etc. Some other draft prognosticator, maybe McShay, was saying that Saints new head coach Kellen Moore was used to having QBs Dak, Herbert, Hurts, with big arms and mobility and would prefer Jaxson Dart. But that 9 spot is def a QB spot imo. 1 1 Quote
BuffaloBillyG Posted Friday at 09:57 PM Posted Friday at 09:57 PM Man if I'm the Titans I'm considering making a move back into the 1st for Sanders. Combining Hunter and Sanders in the pros is way too tempting of the draft fell this way. Quote

But it the Titans don’t sure is an option. But they didn’t even have a one on one visit, so they are all in on Ward. Quote
