Holding off getting Sunday Ticket until the schedule comes out...Bills could be in several national games the first part of the season, possibly three of the first four.  Already tired of slumming it like @nucci and paying full price for ST.

Last season was an “extra NFC opponent on the road” season (at Detroit).

Yes, but as advertised, the last time we had the extra home game was sent to London. Meanwhile our opponent that game was the Jags who’d been staying there from the week before. They killed us and the NFL learned a team overseas for 2 straight weeks has a decided advantage over a team flying over 2 days before the game. I expect our 9th Home game this season will be away from the U.S. as well..

he said they are looking for a media partner to buy in as the home of our international games, then later he said Netflix reached 200 countries with a global license.

 

so basically the nfl is going to play more international games going forward so they can get another billion dollars or more from Netflix.  This also will drive 18 games in the regular season so teams will still have at least the regular 8 games at home.

 

Also a game in Abu Dhabi .  Ridiculous.  The nfl’s greed has no end. 

 

How is that different from every other aspect of society?

Yup for sure, and I'll take the current bills any day over the 1pm games, but those prime time games are rough for us early morning folk

I’d love to see a schedule with those times again but not the cause of why we got those times.

With Hoecht & Ogunjobi sidelined the first 6 games for drug use, big games early against likely top contenders is foreboding and could seriously jeopardize our season, whether they’re nationally televised or not. We are/were desperate to upgrade our DL and certainly expect Hoecht to start/contribute for a couple seasons. Even with 10 picks in the draft, the likelihood of landing a day 1 stud to the middle of our DL is minimal -to say nothing about TWO difference makers. I could be wrong , but PFT had all the "Home Teams"out of the country games this upcoming season determined and the  Bills werent one of them..

Thanksgiving would be fine. But Christmas would piss me off. I told my wife I am going to every home game this year, but Christmas would probably win in that scenario
