SVGP took a lot of snaps at G last camp. They want him to be a prime C backup, but he needs to show he can pull G duty if needed. Anderson will continue what he has been doing. There is room on the team for both these players. Anderson needs to prove he can replace Edwards next year. If he does he will get a RFA tender next spring. SVPG has to prove he can be an NFL starting C on a playoff team. He will get a lot of C snaps and has to prove he is THE primary Center backup this summer. His competition is McGovern right now not Anderson IMO. Quote
