I’ve been saying once you get beyond Hunter/Carter…..Jeanty is probably the next best player and combine that with a very weak top of class and the return of the RB per say and it wouldn’t surprise me if either the Pats/ Jags pull the trigger and Hampton also goes top 10

Jeanty is good but not needs be damn good.  Stevenson was just paid for New England and Jacksonville has 2 solid backs.

Letting highly drafted RBs walk just to immediately use more high draft resources on replacing said RB is definitely something loser teams (Jets/Giants) would do.

Hint, hint

Not to mention that neither of those in charge for the Giants learned anything from Beane while with the Bills !!

I would go QB, maybe take a shot at Sanders if he's there.

Wilson is only there for 1 year.

Would they dare upset the apple cart of Mr. UNLIMITED by bringing in his heir apparent? That will be a scene a man! And as the kids say YE OLE is here for it!

I could see Joe Schoen trading down slightly from Pick #3, maybe down the the 8 - 11 spot, get some nice draft capital to acquire more players and take Ashton Jeanty at the 8 - 11 spot. They're kicking themselves for letting Saquon walk last year. This gives them a generational talent at RB and more draft capital to move back up and take a rookie QB to develop if they desire.

JMO

Zero shot.

Schoen and Daboll have maybe 1-2 years to work with before they're canned. If they take a running back and get more draft capital for future years, they won't have a chance to actually see those players get picked.

In Old English, "ye" (written as "ge" in Old English) meant "you" and was used as the second-person plural pronoun”
