Patriots are on the up & coming, but I think it’s going to be awhile before they can compete w/ the Dolphins let alone the Bills. People are nervous because they played us well and now they’ve got a better coach. Getting to 9-8 will be a big success for their organization. They possibly might even split w/ the Bills. I just don’t think they are as good of a matchup against the rest of the AFCE. That will hinder their final record. As always, most of their success will depend largely on the growth of their QB. I’m not sold on Drake Maye. The most electric rookie QB to me was Bo Nix by far.

They would be lucky to get a day 2 pick back, having spent a first on him 3 years ago. He is a brilliant straight line runner. But he lacks vision and he doesn't have the short area quick feet that allow him to adjust to what is ahead of him and create where holes don't exist.

I just worry a lot about that offensive line. I think it has the potential to be bad enough to sink the offense and that will keep them in the 6-8 win range at best. But let's see what they look like post draft.

They have a good coach, and I do think they are heading in the right direction. But I do not think they will overtake the Bills in 2025. They probably will battle it out with the Fins for 2nd place. The Jets have a good chance to finish last.

jetnation.com is their TBD equivalent. They're not as hung up on Josh as Dolphin fans, but they get incredibly deluded about bad players.

 

On a side note, the guy who owns their site is a genuinely good person.

 Vrabel is best coach of the other three teams. They will take advantage of a last place schedule.  They don't have the offense to threaten Buffalo but they will be buttoned up and surprise some teams.

I am kinda here... I see the Jets staying the same or making a minor move either way... so 6 to 8 wins...  Miami I see moving in the wrong direction a bit so I am in for 9 -10 wins for them...  Patsies.. In fact, with our schedule being so tough I think the Pats give us a run for #1 in AFCE. You heard it here first. They made good moves in the trenches, good Coach, Diggs is Diggs but will only help. Drake is a good QB and he showed it last year. Don't sleep on them... they could take #1 and WE ARE #2.

 

Our D is a gamble at this point. Is Bosa ready? Is Milano ready? Is Benford ready? Who is CB2? Safety is a crap shoot.

 

We will see.... our sked is tough!!!

I dont think they have the horse power on offense to make a run at the division.  I think thwy will be around 9-10 wins.  Unsure about the Jets with Glenn.  I think its a clean house job year 1.  The McDaniel mastermind comes to a crashing end imo.  Miami wins 5 to 6 games and the team quits on him.
