Have you ever misspoke before when referencing something in what ever your field of expertise might be, if so did that make you know any less about the subject you were talking about ? 

 

there have been many times I didn't or couldn't find the exact word I wanted to use in trying to make a statement about certain things in my field of work but that didn't make me any less experienced in what I do .

 

With that being said if you are hired into a job and you are hired for your skin color, your nationality, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or anything other than your qualifications or experience in the area to do the job your hired to do then what's the sense in putting that person in that position unless there is some kind of a ulterior motive or for the person handing out the job to be looked upon in a different light to get a certain groups approval = DEI  .
