Question 4 is confusing.

It’s obviously in the eye of the beholder, but I thought Tottenham was pretty cool. Part of that was the surrounding area, but I had no complaints within that stadium itself other than they could produce and sell beer at a stunningly slow rate. Who thought filling a cup from the bottom was a good idea? They sell beer with a hole in the bottom! They drip, so they have to pour them from the cup that got filled into a cup that had never had its bottom perforated. I have a 27  second video with 8 concessions people managing to sell about 4-5 beers to people in a line a mile long!  😡

 

Sorry, but I saw much of the 2nd quarter on the phone of some lady in line with me. At least now I can laugh about it. 
 

Rant over. 

 

I liked the stadium. I was in the bottom of the upper bowl. I should have gone to the top to see if I got vertigo. I hope the upper deck isn’t too treacherous.

Agree its in the eye of the beholder.

Both Tottenham and our new stadium look like toilet bowls to me.

Other people must see it too, because I found these pics online of each staidum 🤣

Gee, that’s not the way I remember it at all. 

 

The Vikings have the most interesting looking stadium in the league to me. It’s the one I would most want to see.  ATL does nothing for me, despite the “dome”. There are a few other interesting ones out there, but let’s not forget that they are just football stadiums. I’ll wait to see it done before ridiculing it. That seems reasonable IMO.

BUT - -

1.  Will playing on 'real', heated grass cause slippery conditions for the players from late October until January in rain & snow?  Can they use snow plows or snow blowers to remove snow accumulations without damaging the grass?  Grass gets slippery when wet.  Will these conditions change our style of play?

 

2. Will the new stadium décor and sophisticated interior atmosphere disrupt our "crazy" fans?  Will the fan atmosphere be the same?  I love the current crowd noise and 'antics' in the stands.  I'm afraid it will change in the new stadium.

 

3. Will the Bills practice at the new stadium or continue using the field house and adjacent fields?  This would limit grass damage at the new facility.  

 

4. Will the new field layout change the wind advantage the Bills currently enjoy?  We know the wind in the old stadium and how to play successfully with it both in our face or at our back.

Yes to all but 3. That’s why they are tearing down the new stadium and deciding to play their home games at Orchard Park High starting in 2026.

Would you have loved the associated tax/PSL/ST cost increases? 

 

It’s always been a balancing act, and we can’t have it both ways. I generally come to one early season home game, so it’s no big deal to me. One game is not a huge commitment, but multiply by a season and it’s real money. I want to be comfortable late in the season, but how much more am I willing to pay? How about everybody around me? We all have different thresholds. It’s a tricky balancing act.

The cup holders on 3 of my 4 season seats are gone. We started with only 2/4 being functional when I moved to those seats but we managed to deal with it for a number of years. Pats playoff game put us down to one and it’s actually fairly annoying.

I agree and same with Indy and pry would have been near the same price the Ralph is costing.

Same, I figure, if they had done the stadium downtown, a warehouse look like Indy and Houston would have fit in with the neighborhood.
