What exactly does this guy work hard at?  And when does he work hard?  I've you're talking about not snapping a deuce in his diaper while he's struggling out of the golf cart, then I would agree that he perhaps might be a hard worker.  Maybe he works hard to outeat the Hamburglar and Mayor McCheese.  But otherwise I see no effort of strenuous labor on the part of that senile tub of fake-tanned lard.

I also golf and work and it would be hard to do both 7 days a week at the rate he is doing.

Aside from that, it doesn't have to be "the woman" who takes care of the baby. That's why there are entities also known as 'dads,' 'caregivers' and 'daycares.'
