I've you're talking about not snapping a deuce in his diaper while he's struggling out of the golf cart, then I would agree that he perhaps might be a hard worker. Maybe he works hard to outeat the Hamburglar and Mayor McCheese. But otherwise I see no effort of strenuous labor on the part of that senile tub of fake-tanned lard. 2

Aside from that, it doesn't have to be "the woman" who takes care of the baby. That's why there are entities also known as 'dads,' 'caregivers' and 'daycares.'
