What I have seen from Democrat candidates over the past 20 years are promises to the people that sound great on paper, but add trillions to the debt. The Republicans have done this to an extent too, but dems treat the US budget like a Beverly Hills teen girl on a shopping spree with daddy's credit card.

 

Your last post added nothing to the table. If TDS people do not like what happened yesterday, great, I agree. How about offering an alternative instead of whining and saying the same exact one liners and cheap tweetable propaganda that we have seen every day since 2016? We know that you all hate Trump. My question to you or the others is what is your proposed method for turning around the economy, helping the US bring in more than they spend and stopping the cycle of increased debt?

You clearly do not understand how the top 1% are taxed in this country.  That is how you fix the debt.  By shrinking government spending in a rational manner, combined with increasing tax revenue by the 1% instead of taxing the consumer.
