Haven’t seen it elsewhere. Reported on UniWatch.

- Teams will be allowed to wear alternate uniforms in 4 games, an addition of one.

- Alt helmets can be used with regular / primary unis. I believe this would count as an alternate uni game.

- Hoping we FINALLY get the Kelly era throwbacks to wear for the final season in Rich/Ralph/Highmark. It would also be nice to see a use of the ‘64-5 standing red buffalo unis to mark this & bid goodbye to a stadium that has seen a lot of history. Hope this new policy change allows it to happen.

Why stop at four?

I assume it's sarcasm, but I'm all for it. The schedule has expanded, these things are only getting used once a season and I want my 90's throwback rfn !!

I've honestly never been bothered by a teams throwback/color rush/etc  except the red and green jets game. If it looks good it looks good, if not lol at those ugly losers.

Bills missed a golden opportunity on April Fools to say they're bringing back the mid 2000's Bills jerseys.

Such a messy mockup of arena football features, felt like there were even more than the two different shades of blue on those unis.

So many stripes.

Was cool in the 80s/90s when both Buffalo pro teams were sporting royal blue as their dominant color. Navy blue eventually infiltrated both teams' kits.

It was a rough time in Buffalo for sports fashion.  The arena football Uni's for the Bills and the slug for the Sabres.  A lot of NFL jersey changes during that era were over the top and completely broke from tradition.   I'd prefer they never change the current uniforms as our main jerseys over any time in our history (besides the Smurf look and all reds).

We’ve never worn our original unis since we went to helmet logos. Silver with blue numbers. Frankly, I’m ok with never seeing them raised from the dead. 🤷‍♂️

You know what…I’d take an all white Fitz 09 era throwback if it meant a door open to red helmet. I don’t want it but I don’t hate the all white roads of that period. Give us an entrance to red helmet

violent riots would probably ensue if they announced that, April Fools joke or not.

The only time I would love to see the red uni's is late in the season when the games are played in Buffalo and my reason is that it would be a home field advantage type of thing .

In the Snow bowl or the Snowvertime game against Indy the Bills had a definite advantage because the all red uni's could be easily seen even with all of the snow and the Colts in all white could barely be seen at all - Advantage Bills !!!

I personally love the all red uni's I know many here don't but to each their own but you can't argue that in a snow storm in late Dec. or Jan. the red uni's would be a advantage because even the Blue uni's wouldn't stand out as much .

If nothing else have them wear the red helmets in a snow game !!

Sarcasm? Yup. But the fans have spoken and the NFL has li$tened.

Throwbacks/tradition I like. New wave, like color rush, etc. nope, but I expect more.

With how society is now, maybe design uniforms to reflect the many moods of the team or its fans.

Pegula will probably F this up just like they did for the Sabres 50th.

Canucks brought back many versions of thier uniforms during thier 50th, (Skate, Flying V, ect.) but the Sabres “excuse” not to do that was they didn’t submit the uniform changes in time. Would have been nice to have the original white Goat during the 90s night, and dare I say the Slug during the 2000’s night. They did have ulumni wear the black goats on the 90's night (but not the team), but miss spelled Andreychuk's name on his jersey... DOH! Totally embarrassing!!!

Always a day late with Pegula, so don’t expect anything from the Bills with uniforms during the final season at Rich/The Ralph/Highmark.

ORRR, I could see them bring back the red helmet for 1 game "because the fans wanted it", but wear red jerseys, red pants, red socks, and red shoes. Now that would be a Pegula run organization move.
