Bills fan since 87 Posted yesterday at 12:33 PM Posted yesterday at 12:33 PM 5 hours ago, eball said: I love it! I’m bored after Christmas morning, and having the NFL on in the background makes it feel like Thanksgiving (a superior holiday anyway). Thanksgiving is the King of all holidays. No stress of buying gifts. just food, family, alcohol and football. Now Christmas will be that, except plus the stress. 5 minutes ago, BillsPride12 said: What difference does it make, it looks clear the NFL is going to put games on Christmas day going forward regardless Yeah, if they did a Wednesday already, no weekday is off limits 3 Quote
The Firebaugh Kid Posted yesterday at 12:47 PM Posted yesterday at 12:47 PM If its at night Ill watch. But I can’t fathom screaming at the tv while my little nephew opens his toy truck. Absolutely hate this. Give the fans and the players a day to enjoy their family. 1 1 2 1 Quote
T master Posted yesterday at 12:47 PM Posted yesterday at 12:47 PM (edited) Can you say over saturation ?? I guess you have to make the money while the iron is hot but given what they are doing it's only a matter of time before the new wears off . Every thing in moderation is good over saturation isn't, but there will always be fans even when there are 40+ teams all over Europe and where ever else Roger sees fit to grab a extra buck . Gregg Posted yesterday at 01:09 PM Posted yesterday at 01:09 PM Poor NBA. Christmas was their day just like Thanksgiving is the NFL's. But football being the most popular sport in America can do whatever they want. The NBA, MLB, and NHL are all second rate compared to the NFL. Even college football is huge especially in the south. NFL already ruined Christmas for the Steelers last year with the chiefs/steelers game on Christmas Day. I suspect we will see another team. Quote

I know it’s probably an antiquated opinion, but it’s how I feel. You just know if we’re one of the teams that it’ll be a home game for us, too… 1 Quote

Goin Breakdown Posted yesterday at 03:22 PM Posted yesterday at 03:22 PM (edited) I love the Bills but I love my family more. This will be one game I don't watch. My kids will Not see me prioritize a game over them. if it's a Bills game that is. Edited yesterday at 03:23 PM by Goin Breakdown 1 Quote
RyanC883 Posted yesterday at 04:08 PM Posted yesterday at 04:08 PM consider it a gift. If the NBA is on, this is better than having that playing in the background? Overall since I don't watch the NBA, I'm not really a fan of this. Thanksgiving makes more sense for Football. Put football on the 26th instead. Quote
Logic Posted yesterday at 04:10 PM Posted yesterday at 04:10 PM Gross. Fingers crossed the Bills aren't on on Christmas, though they probably will be. If they are, it'll be the one game of the season I skip. 1 1 Quote

Metal Man Posted yesterday at 04:27 PM Posted yesterday at 04:27 PM I agree this feels like a Bills landing spot assuming they won't repeat from last year's teams. I'm thinking Cincy@Buffalo sounds about right, or maybe Philly. Quote
