Nope. This is the 3 rounder!

Well I have kc pick already unless someone takes my oline guy don't like the Oregon kid or his movements.  But unfortunately kc needs a big Uggla on the dline also so I can see them trading up to get in front of the bills again

I do think a KC trade up for a left tackle is in play, but the way the draft now looks they will probably be in a spot to get Conerly anyway.... and signing Moore means it is a need (their biggest need) but not a desperate situation as it seemed.

Yea Virg did say 3 rounder in his preamble but at first he only listed the first round picks. Did you ignore @Virgil's preamble Alpha? He gonna be MAD! 😄

I think the Steelers will take a QB next year when the draft is in Pittsburgh.  The Steelers are stockpiling picks for next year, likely to trade up in a better QB draft.  I think the Steelers likely take a WR or OL this year to bolster their team around a rookie next year.

It will be interesting what they do with George Pickens, he has glimpses of greatness and now with DJ Metcalf paired with him he might less double coverage yet he seems to pout if he doesn't get targets, I imagine they make him walk in free agency if get a younger guy in Rounds 1-3 this season.

So here me out on this one.

Would all of you think it is possible that the commanders trade out of there spot with the bills they get cook we swap picks and get there 3 plus 2026 4th

With the 29th pick in the 2025 TSW Draft 1.0, the Washington Comanches select...

Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama

The team: We have our franchise QB on an ELC, and are in win-now mode. We have a dearth of draft capital due to trades for immediate contributors like Marshon Lattimore, Deebo Samuel, Laremy Tunsil. Post-FA our starting roster deficiency is at pass-rushing Edge, Sam LB, and Guard. We are concerned that Lattimore looked washed late in the season. We are also looking to upgrade depth on the lines and LB, add to offensive skill positions with explosive talent, and find more athleticism in the secondary. We are favoring high-floor prospects who are ready to contribute during our newly-opened window.

The player: This is a strictly a BPA pick - we like Ezeiruaku as a player who is difficult to block (and spell) and Mike Green also, but they lack anchor against the run, at which we were woeful stopping last year. The traits we saw from Campbell at the combine were second only to Emmanwori. You've seen the splash plays in his college career, he brought his best production in the biggest games. First-team All-SEC, and semifinalist for both the Butkus and Bednarik, Campbell can bring at minimum 2-down impact from a more traditional Sam role than the Big Nickel that the departed Jeremy Chinn manned. He has also shown pass-rush potential from the edge in a wide-9 set on 3rd downs which can also be explored, which may mitigate passing on the true Edges available at this juncture - they are less complete players than Campbell.

@Virgil it's time to take the poll for the much-anticipated TSW pick #30. To paraphrase Semisonic, "I know who I want to take in the poll"

Walter Nolen. I am told the Steelers are in LOVE with him.

I could see that also.  Replacement for Cam Hayward who likely retires soon

Where is the poll? Is it on page 1

  • Virgil changed the title to TSW Mock 1.0 - The Bills (TSW Poll) are on the clock
Posted (edited)

So I'd say based on mocks and reading these forums these guys should be included

DTs: Nolen, Williams, maybe Collins

DE:  Green, Ezeiruaku, Scourton

CBs: Hairston, Amos

WR: Burden

With the 31st pick of the tsw 1 draft the Kansas city chiefs pick

Josh Conerly Jr Ot Oregon

The eagles showed the nfl how to make Kermit unhappy.  But the chiefs need to keep there franchise qb upright.

Could see a trade up here also to get one of the other tackle in play but the chiefs need to get younger on the line.  Dline and the mi te are also in play with this pick.

But the rich just keep getting richer.

The eagles and @Draconator are on the clock

Ok sorry I have to go to work

Haha I love that you made Chiefs pick before the Bills pick :)

But since we are not taking OT it is perfectly fine.

Was it the Vikings who used to miss their pick all the time and get jumped? Ha.
