frostbitmic Posted Saturday at 06:31 PM Posted Saturday at 06:31 PM He'd take up at least 2 blockers and it would take awhile to run around him. With the wings and pizza in Buffalo he should get a little bigger. Quote

TDO'Kearney Posted Saturday at 09:54 PM Posted Saturday at 09:54 PM Maaan, our high school coach had the solution to guys like this. Cut block him every play and make him get up. By 3Q those guys are on the sideline with their hands on their hips and the face mask pushed up in their heads, huffin and puffin. You gonna tell me the NFL can't counter this? 1 Quote

Victory Formation Posted Sunday at 01:49 AM Posted Sunday at 01:49 AM He would be great as a 7th round pick or an UDFA.. The guy is 400lbs.. Do you know how many calories it takes to maintain that weight? Quote
Dafan Posted Sunday at 01:57 AM Posted Sunday at 01:57 AM If we ran a 3-4 with a true nose tackle maybe. But not a great fit for a 4-2 system in my opinion. Quote

I don't know how many 6'5 375 lb kids there are lol I understand your premise but something tells me you never went up against a 400 lb lineman in your day lol big was probably 275-310 on the line Edited Sunday at 02:04 AM by Buffalo716 Quote

GolfandBills Posted Sunday at 11:11 AM Posted Sunday at 11:11 AM (edited) Waste of a draft pick. Unless teams are dumb enough to run right at him he’s not catching anyone. 5 hours ago, Warriorspikes51 said: Biggers would be a fun pick. There’s so many exciting DT’s in this draft. I had a slender build and focused on light weight high reps for endurance not high weight low reps for bulk. Every other week I would include a max set of 5 reps. These are completely two different types of workouts (aerobic vs anaerobic). For example, I was easily clearing 100 pushups on my military fitness test. There’s no mathematical equation that quantifies how many time a person can bench press their weight based on their reps at max weight. You’re not being a jerk…you’re just being wrong. Thank you for recognizing that I am not trying to be a jerk. There actually are calculations that can determine with a reasonable level of accuracy how many reps you can bench at one weight compared to another weight based on the number of reps at that first weight. People use them all the time to determine how many reps they should be doing at various percentages of the one rep max. It is one way to test how close to failure you are getting, which is one of the more important factors in muscle and strength growth. The attached image is the results from the calculator you can find at https://strengthlevel.com/one-rep-max-calculator It is based on your 5 reps at 225 lbs and it appears I was being generous at the 20 reps of 175lbs. My thought is that you might also have been able to do more than 5 reps, but did not push all the way to failure, in which case you might have been able to get closer to 35 reps at 175lbs Unfortunately, it appears that you never tried to see how many reps you could have done at that time at your body weight so we can't test this in the best manner. Our first meeting that week coach wrote on the white board "Attack Cheeseburger Alley" and it was just ten plays that ran directly into them to wear them out 😂 Two of the biggest dudes in my high school got talked into trying out for football. They lasted like one training practice. Now sadly, both passed away before 40. 😢 1 Quote

This is accurate, my one rep max was 250. I was never able to bench 255 (although I rarely tried a 1 rep max). Quote
