JJ Watt to call games with Ian Eagle next season as CBS #2 broadcast team

JJ's going to - Fly with the Eagle - on TV - Fly with the Eagle on my football TV screen - He's going to Fly with the Eagle - once a week - he's going to fly with the Eagle while fans listen to him speak .

I got the impression towards the end of last season that CBS was starting to groom Burleson for that role. He was taking the lead during some segments and JB kinda laid out

He did a game on Christmas last year. It was overshadowed by how incredibly awful Nate Burleson was. It was SO hard to listen to. JJ Watt wasn't very good either, though. They probably mentioned Russel Wilson needed to use his legs more at LEAST 30 times. My one fear is JJ doing Steeler games often. He talked about his brother far too often. 

 

I remember Burleson actually said: "That run had me feeling some type of way" as commentary. It was brutal.

Burleson will probably be the replacement to be the host of the CBS pregame/post-game show in the studio when James Brown retires.
