FDR involved the Act during WW2 against German nationals in the US. Those Germans identified had the opportunity to respond and show that they are not Nazis. 1

Expand You mean the same way Joe & Kamala abided by the immigration laws that were in place yet told all to look the other way & allowed millions of people to immigrate illegally into the country ? Just imagine if they had followed those laws just maybe not nearly as much of these types of things would have been happening now, but there always needs to be a scape goat and seeing as TDS is still as strong as ever it can be piled on him instead of calling out those people that were the actual POS that helped to cause it . Oh and I can't forget he's the one in office so he needs to own it ...

Like what all those J6 trespassers got when judges, including this very same clown in about 60 cases, denied bail and held prisoners for up to 18 months while awaiting trial. And many laughed when some brought up this injustice. And now when due process is applied to illegals we should be sympathetic? Wow. And news flash. Steve O Posted March 25 Posted March 25 Just because the judge said it doesn't make it true. Most of the detainees in WWII under the Alien Enemies Act were of Japanese descent. They were treated horribly.
