B. Biden told Hunter something something Ukraine.

C. They were talking about some other extinct war plan, just like Trump meant he wasn't claiming he didn't sign the Alien Enemies Act proclamation; he was claiming that he didn't sign the 1798 Alien Enemies Act into law. Just in case you thought he was president then.

D. All of the above.
